Update- several weeks later I still have not received a replacement card and customer service is zero percent helpful. I will be closing my account and wish I could get the hood off my life back that were spent trying to fix a very basic problem.
Was on the phone fOR 2 HOURS trying to put a hold on my debit card. I just kept transferred to other people who also couldn't help. After 2 hours in the phone, I still was not able to put a hold on my card. This should be the most basic task that card services assists with. The level of incompetence was almost comical. At this point, I'm just hoping to find my card I guess

I was assisted by Holly Savage. She helped me with my auto loan and did everything in her power to help me during the process to getting my dream car! Holly was very pleasant to work with and helped me with any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. She even mailed me a personalized card. Customer Sevice at its finest! Thank you for everything Holly!!

I am always greeted with a warm welcome and assistance, by the personnel teller who most graciously directs me to where/what I need. Re-opening a new checking account was fast and easy. Now that I learned about the new combined venture with "Riverview" I can see big expanded futures with this credit union.

I have had the most positive experience joining Advantis Credit Union. Every employee who has reached out to me has been so friendly and helpful. Chris Loya has been the most helpful, by not only going above and beyond to explain the loan process to me, but also being compassionate with me during a stressful time in my life. I am very thankful to now be a member of this credit union.

I have had a very positive experience this week with a young man named Greg at the call center. He has been kindness itself in helping me to sort out a problem with my credit card charges. I have been a member of Advantis for over 30 years and have almost always had good luck with getting issues taken care of but this young man goes to the top of the list. He is very professional and could get me information I needed to resolve my problems. He deserves the highest praise and respect in his job by any of his superiors.

After my husband's passing and closing out his credit union account in another state, I wanted to find a local credit union to deposit the money. After much research, I settled on Advantis Credit Union in Gresham. Great location, wonderful rates, and fabulous reviews. When I went in to the Gresham branch, Macy helped me open a savings and checking account. Then we deposited the check, I got my debit card right there and then, and I was on my way. I was very impressed (and I was in banking for many years). I'm very happy I went with Advantis!
