I called in to have them fix my hair that some other salon messed up on and I wanted my hair colored so I got in the next day. JC was really nice. I did not like the color so I had to go back the second time same day, and I still do not like it. She added more black. I cried. I just don’t like it too much black I totally will not be back. when I went back the second time, Kate, I think she was the receptionist came into where I was sitting and told me that I am the one that has to wear it. She was so rude as I was waiting for like tell her to set the second time the waiting room chairs had so much hair on them. I didn’t even sit down. I was wearing black pants so I was standing. Then Kate standing there behind the reception desk, giving me dirty. Looks didn’t even offer me anything to drink. It was a bad experience.

I've been coming here for a very long time about over a decade. I like to see glen. He is a gentleman and we get along so well and have great conversation about our religion. That's what we have in common so it's always great conversation. He always listens to what I want exactly. And I leave very happy.

I wanted a Peekaboo dye with brown on top and red in the bottom. Instead of brown, she made it grey, blue, and purple. The red was semi-permanent hair dye. I assumed it would be permanent, but it was not. I did not get what I asked for, and I even used reference photos. It was over a hundred dollars for something not worth it and not even what I wanted. It seemed nice inside and my hairdresser (Linda) was nice, but I am incredibly disappointed with what I got. This is not what I wanted and it was way overpriced and it doesn't look good. My stepmom has dyed my hair and it looked better than this. I should've went to a different salon.

This is a wonderful salon with friendly and very skilled stylists! There is plenty of parking and the building inside is beautiful with unique architecture. This salon is a great place to go and be pampered!!!

My mom booked me an appointment for a surprise birthday present. Since after having children self care is last on my list. I had the pleasure of having Jill as my hair dresser. Let me tell you, she's amazing. I will continue coming back to her & recommending her to friends time & time again. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted just needed my hair to be healthy again. She did just that and in under 2 hrs as I was on a babysitter time limit. She made me feel so comfortable during my entire appointment. I left feeling happy & beautiful. I also greatly appreciated the laid back atmosphere of the entire salon. Was overall a wonderful experience! Thank you so much Jill for your amazing customer service & cut

Very friendly, they really know what styles would look nice with your face shape, they also lend good contributing suggestions. Wish I would had gone in when my hair was longer.

I used to come to this place for a variety of services. I’ve seen many of the employees for different salon needs. I would still come here but after telling my hair stylist I wanted to change color from my typical blue to brown, she left a voicemail that said she was going to cancel my entire appointment. I never went back
