Molleigh did an amazing job on my hair! Been a customer for over a year now. Get my nails done about every three weeks. My nail tech is Tracy, she is also the owner of the salon. Large, spacious shop with many services. From body waxing, spray tanning over Swedish massages all the way to classic hair jobs. Everyone is always super friendly and welcoming. I just love going there. I am always looking forward to see Tracy.

The stylist who colored my hair was nice enough but shouldn't be coloring hair until she's more confident. I saw her to get a touchup to my ash blonde hair. I have graying hair and have previously used at home kits to achieve this color when in a pinch so it's not a stretch. When she was finished, she pulled the towel off my hair and I was horrified!!! My hair was dark orange, completely the opposite from the ash blonde she was matching from my old growth. I went home in tears. Over the next week I reached out via text and voicemail to no avail. Finally, feeling desperate, I texted her that I would leave appropriate feedback. She quickly answered, saying she had dealt with a family emergency, cut her finger quite badly and had taken on more responsibility at her aunt's salon than she should have. To be fair, she offered to fix it but I was too nervous to return. Given I would need to go elsewhere for a color correction, I requested a partial refund of the $160 I paid for orange hair, thinking she'd only charge me for the slight trim. She offered an $80 refund instead. I didn't bother arguing with her. I decided to count it as an expensive lesson for us both and I wanted to be compassionate regarding her family emergency. Again, super nice person, but needs further training on coloring.
