Can’t we leave zero stars? My elderly Mom came in to get assistance with a phone. You sold her something that she repeatedly said no to. She was there for over 2 hours and told the rep she needed to get home. When I called to complain the assistant manager said well we did let her use our bathroom which we don’t normally do! Are you kidding me? That makes it all better?

I had the best and superb, amazing and kindly customer service experience with Mayra, she is the best at this store, so patience and kind, very friendly and helpful and brought a lot of things to help me save money. She just go above and beyond! She also has a very beautiful smile.❤️

Mayra is a delight to work with. We just got new phones and she had the patience to set up all the data for me and my husband. She also kept greeting all the customers that came in with a smile on her face. She is a doll. Great store and Mayra makes it worth it to work with.

Mayra helped save us a whole bunch of money on our Apple Watches, accessories, device insurance, and internet. She really was a big help because she provided us with all kinds of information that helped us make a decision when it comes to our electronic devices and internet connection.

I went into set up a business account. And Josh G was super helpful and knowledgeable of the process. There was some system issues but he was able to work through them and I was able to walk out with a new phone and IPad. He also helped me set up both devices. Josh also helped install my camera protection and cases. He also went above and beyond and made sure I got all the correct accessories for my new devices. just definitely deserves a raise.

The customer service we received from Ashley Villela was more than exceptional. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Her attention to detail, knowledge of process, and efficiency are something you don’t come across often, and her help was soo appreciated.
She helped me and my partner upgrade our phones, walked us through the current promotions and helped us find the ones that fit our needs best.
Would also like to point out her multi tasking skills, there were 3 employees in the store, and a ton of customers coming in, she was able to balance us, while greeting and checking in all the incoming customers.
Acknowledging customers when they walk in is crucial, she took the time to do it every time someone walked in.

Huge shout out to Ashley Villela for top tier customer service. Went in to upgrade our phones, she walked us through everything in depth. Had answers to every question we had, and notified us about other promotions going on.
We left with new phones, a deal on a new Apple Watch, and we qualified for the AT&T internet, which we wouldn’t have known about without her assistance.
While Ashley was helping us, she was also greeting the many customers walking into the store, making sure they were welcomed and checked into the system, her multi tasking skills were superb, and she is a rockstar.
11/10- exceptional customer service!!
