“Picked up battery locally for my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE. Fairly easy install. Brandon in Gresham, OR. was great to work with as were the folks on the phone while ordering.
At one point I thought I was experiencing a drained battery issue but, after talking to Brandon and paying attention I realized the old battery did not have the juice to drive down my 2 mile road at 25mph and the new battery does, which is why I thought I was losing juice over night when I was actually draining it down while driving home in the last 2mi stretch. It scares me seeing it showing low bars, as soon as I started driving the next day it would charge and work great.

“This is a 5 star dealer. No doubt about it, however, there's work needed on their service dept communication. Text messages and emails are sent initially, but the service rep never responded back to questions or concerns. Phone calls didn't work because the service reps voicemail box couldn't accept calls. My vehicle was there for 9 days because the part that was needed was on backorder. Someone at Weston performed a miracle and located the part from another dealership somewhere, had it overnighted and I got my vehicle back. I am pleased with the dealership in general. I was not pleased with the inability to contact my service rep. I realize they are a busy service dept, but even the tiniest bit of a response to my calls, texts or emails would have saved me days of frustration. I am very thankful that the part was located as when I first left my vehicle there, I was told it could take weeks to a month to get the part. It was a miracle that one was located and I was only without my vehicle for 9 days. Weston is a great dealer.....5 stars. I still believe in them and I will continue to service my vehicle there as well as purchase vehicles from them. Vehicles aren't cheap these days, so when you have a catastrophic failure and you have to leave your vehicle at the dealership, it would help immensely to have the ability to communicate with the service rep.
