“I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.”

“The guys at West Hills Collision were so great to work with throughout the entire process of trying to get my car fixed. I was having a lot of trouble navigating the shady insurance world, who had deemed my car a total loss despite it being in very good condition prior to the accident and driveable afterwards. Even though they weren't ultimately able to fix my car because of insurance, these are honest dudes that helped me so much in understanding this process and dealing with my insurance company. Hopefully it won't happen, but if I'm ever in need of an autobody shop in the future I will 100% go back to Brock and his team at West Hills Collision.”

“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”

“Went in to get my oil change and Darryl was so helpful. I asked to wait and we talked about another thing that I needed checked on that was an issue. I am so glad I waited until my oil change because it was something that was going to cost me thousands out of pocket but Darryl let me know it was recently added to the warranty! Darryl was able to save me a trip and money, he had it taken care of during this visit! He even waved some other fees at the end making this trip from Vancouver on a Friday afternoon with crazy traffic all worth it! “I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone with their car repair needs! Thankfully the damage that was done to my car was superficial, and Timothy was able to give me multiple options at different price points. He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. We ended up doing the cheaper route (just a buff out of the paint transfer) and at the end of the service, he reassured me that this repair took no time at all and it was on the house.
I have heard so many horror stories about mechanics and repair shops taking advantage of people, and this shop really blew my mind. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you again to Timothy and everyone at Collision Caliber for your help today!”

“Purchased a platypus license plate mount a couple years ago and recently sold the vehicle. My new car was the same make, but newer and a different model. The hex stud should have fit but it was determined the thread is now reversed. James at Craven found me a new hex stud and then installed it and fit the plate to make sure there were no sensor issues. Great product and amazing support.”

“I am committed to providing an honest review of my experience. The repair of the A pillar was executed with excellent craftsmanship, and I commend the quality of the work done. Additionally, the unforeseen removal of the windshield was addressed promptly, although delays due to Tesla's parts supply were understandable. It took a month but it's expected. Please improve communication, since I had to ask for another update regarding the Windshield. They replied pretty quick and in detail.The only detail the cleanliness of my car upon its return. It was covered in what seemed to be dust from sanding, which was somehow expected considering it had to sit for a month. I suggest improving the car covering procedure, especially for extended waiting periods, to ensure a pristine return. No big deal, I managed to clean it myself within a day.I appreciate the overall service and attention to the repairs.Customer service post-repair is something I truly appreciate, and it's not often found in many shops. Thank you for providing that extra level of care.Update:I noticed as well that the copilot side of my hood bears marks resembling someone's attempt to clean it with a abrasive sponge, resulting in damage to my Paint Protection Film (PPF). The light scratches and a noticeable stain are particularly evident on this section in the sunset light or with a flashlight. I'll try to fix it...”
“This is THE place the go if you have a ford transit. I had 4x4 installed as well as a lift, front lockers, and upgraded suspension, just over 1 year ago. The team did a great job and made the process super easy. Recently I had some problems with a vibration, I took the van back to have him look at it and install the front receiver/recovery hooks. Again they made the process super painless and affordable. John knows transits more than anyone else, and I fully trust Quadvan to work on my van. I'm already planning to take it back for more upgrades in the future.”

From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises.
