“I took my older car in today, because it was leaking hot water on my foot. I was quoted more than my car's worth to fix it. I asked the guy if there was any other options or anything else we could try. He offered to peak under the hood and at the leaking spot, 10 minutes later he had me back on the road again. He said it was a simple fix most people overlook. 100% would recommend these guys!”

“5 star service. Roy was honest with the repair issue and found the actual problem. I was quoted 3000+ at another location for my a/c. He found the problem- fixed it for 1/2 the amount. When I picked my car up, there were treats in it! I just got a thank you letter in the mail. In these days.. this kind of service is few and far between. I will never take my car anywhere else. The receptionist was also amazing (I can't remember her name) I highly recommend this place. Don't buy a new car, go see Roy!”
“I took my car to the dealership for a noise. They told me a panel was hanging from the bottom of my car and it would be $500 to repair. I took it to Cleveland Auto and they fit me in their schedule while I was at work and completed the repairs, at no charge. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.”

After getting an astronomical quote from a Honda service center for diagnostics, I contact Vu and he helped me at no cost. Lesson learned to always contact him first. I highly recommend going to him for a reliable, service oriented mechanic.”

“I needed my water pump replaced and contacted multiple mechanics to see how much it could be done for. Most mechanics around town were charging about $500. The Honda dealership was going to charge $750. I then remembered a mechanic shop that I used to drive by every day and decided to drive over there to see how much they could replace my water pump for. I got a quote for $280 which is phenomenal. I literally was able to get it done right there while waiting. The owner and everybody that works there is very friendly and very nice and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anybody that needs to get their car fixed. Thank you too, Justino for such great service and providing a fair price. I will recommend this place to everybody and anytime I have any issue with my car. This is the first place that I’m going to go to.”

“This is a 5 star dealer. No doubt about it, however, there's work needed on their service dept communication. Text messages and emails are sent initially, but the service rep never responded back to questions or concerns. Phone calls didn't work because the service reps voicemail box couldn't accept calls. My vehicle was there for 9 days because the part that was needed was on backorder. Someone at Weston performed a miracle and located the part from another dealership somewhere, had it overnighted and I got my vehicle back. I am pleased with the dealership in general. I was not pleased with the inability to contact my service rep. I realize they are a busy service dept, but even the tiniest bit of a response to my calls, texts or emails would have saved me days of frustration. I am very thankful that the part was located as when I first left my vehicle there, I was told it could take weeks to a month to get the part. It was a miracle that one was located and I was only without my vehicle for 9 days. Weston is a great dealer.....5 stars. I still believe in them and I will continue to service my vehicle there as well as purchase vehicles from them. Vehicles aren't cheap these days, so when you have a catastrophic failure and you have to leave your vehicle at the dealership, it would help immensely to have the ability to communicate with the service rep. Thank you”

“Came in for an alignment and wheel noise was recommended an inspection first. Bob Checked for leaks and suspension issues found a bad wheel bearing a strut loose my driveline rubbing against my exhaust
heat shield ( the wheel noise i thought i was hearing). Transmission coolant fitting leak and valve cover gaskets needing replacement. Thanks for the profesional service! I will be back for future services needed!”

“Gills Point S Tire Service went beyond great service for my 91 year old mother. The rear tire was flat on her wheelchair van she has to drive my paralyzed brother. (No,she doesn't drive, family and friends do). All the tires were weather checked and cracked and I couldn't inflate the flat. I couldn't find the spare because of the modifications. Two Gill's employees went out of their way to get the van to the shop. Even if it was only several blocks it's refreshing to see some businesses still care!”
