“I had been in an accident on Friday (9/6/24) which resulted in a blown tire, I called Gresham Premier that Sunday because I’ve had wonderful service from them prior. Danny, answered my call, ordered my tire & had the tire in the shop within 24 hours. I called Monday explaining the nightmare of issues I had already been dealing with my car 2 weeks before (mechanic wise). He asked if I could come in Tuesday, but after explaining what I had already been dealing with, he told me to stop by at 4pm on Monday and they would take care of me. Within 15 minutes, they had my car in the back & tire replaced. With the labor & cost of a BRAND NEW TIRE, including balancing and alignment, I walked out paying a beautiful price of $140. I seriously will NEVER go anywhere else when it comes to my tires. I’ve had them give me an envelope full of business cards so that I can hand them out to people I know. I even have family come up from Southern Oregon for their tires and prices because they are THAT AMAZING. Seriously, I may brag too much about you guys ;)

“Amazing place to go to! Very Friendly! After not having A/C in last couple months during the heat was no good. Found out I had a Leak somewhere in my A/C lines. Found out that it was coming from the O Rings on the Hp & Lp lines. Got those replaced & A/C Recharged & The Compressor started running again! Thank you John! “2020 GMC Canyon. Had the dealer look into squeaking on the brakes. Thought it might be time to have them changed. 36k mi. Dealer comes back with $1100.00 for the rear axle brakes and rotors. No way I tell them. Squealing gets louder and find Cleveland auto from a friend. They take the time to inspect thoroughly and find a frozen slide pin on the caliper. They deglazed the rotors and pads, and fixed the slide pin. It is refreshing to find a local shop that can be trusted and felt as soon as I walked in that this was a reliable,honest family owned operation. They kept in contact throughout the whole inspection and detailed what they would do. As long as they are in business they have found a customer for life!! Bringing all my vehicles here now and will tell anyone to give them a shot at their own vehicles. Thank you so much for being reputable and having the old school integrity that is lost on so many levels these days. Best part… they only charged for the diagnostic fee since no parts ended up being used. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!”
“I had my 01' towed to Referral Automotive on last Thursday, due to non starting issues. The fuel pump needed to be replaced. Got a great quote with the wonderful receptionist, and literally picked my truck up Monday. Due to a simple mishap, I actually could have had her back Friday. I thought Monday was quick! Excellent customer service throughout the initial phone call, to the gentleman at the desk accepting our payment, to meeting
the gentleman who took the pump out. Highly recommend, when needed will be my first call.”

“These are professional people who are working hard and it shows in their work and they have a receptionist that is awesome and knowledgeable about how she does her estimates and can match paint so good you can not tell a difference of where a lot of damage was caused by someone very petty! But I definitely recommend you take your vehicle here for any and all paint, dents, and scratches and the prices are very reasonable!”
“I rarely leave reviews, BUT.. The mechanic who fixed my car was amazing! His name is Vu, and he is very honest & extremely kind (2 qualities that are unfortunately rare as far as most mechanics go IMO) My engine light went on in my Toyota Prius, I asked Vu if he would take a look and find out why, now, I know nothing about auto mechanics, and he COULD have said just about anything .. but he didn’t. He told me what was wrong - one of the pistons wasn’t firing correctly.. I think? Lol. But he fixed it right then and didn’t charge me anything! WHO DOES THAT? Like I said, unbelievably kind & honest. I will never bring my car ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Thanx Vu!! You ROCK!!”

“Came in for an alignment and wheel noise was recommended an inspection first. Bob Checked for leaks and suspension issues found a bad wheel bearing a strut loose my driveline rubbing against my exhaust
heat shield ( the wheel noise i thought i was hearing). Transmission coolant fitting leak and valve cover gaskets needing replacement. Thanks for the profesional service! I will be back for future services needed!”

“The staff at Gresham Ford were the best team i've ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were browsing for a 2024 Bronco Sport when by chance we found the Bronco we were looking for. Without an appointment, we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Donovan, who is a sales representative. He was into his lunch break, but without hesitation got up and introduced himself. We told him we were interested in the Bronco Sport sitting outside and he jumped into action. He produced the keys so we could check out the Bronco. We knew it was the one and I wanted to proceed with the purchase. No pressure at all. We haggled a bit on the price of the Bronco and my trade in. We both agreed on the price for both and drove away in the car wanted knowing we got the best deal. Dave, the manager was also very agreeable and pleasant. What we came away with from our experience at Gresham Ford was a stress free environment and working with a pleasant and professional staff. The next day after we purchased the Bronco, we returned to purchase the Ford extended warranty (they didn't push it!) Thanks to Damon who informed me that I could receive a refund for the unused portion of the warranty from the car we traded. I am getting the refund, not much, but I would not have received anything if not for the information given to me by Damon. I recommend Gresham Ford for your best deals. Ask for Donovan!!

“After reading some of the seemingly bot reviews that give this place a one star, i had to post a quick review. I went here about a year ago however, this shop took in my complex and modified japanese sports car with zero quims.. and man they did an amazing job of repairing it. Said car was very tiresome to work on, and theres no room to work and its repairs are difficult (i say this because i had to work on it a few times... at least compared to working on an old truck etc). They charged me an extremely fair amount and also let me know about everything they thought of the vehicle and potential future issues. Mind you i took this same car to 2 other shops before going to them, both those other shops attempted to overcharge me and were also unable to fix the issues properly. All About Automotive fixed my car the right way, the first time. at a good price. Highly recommend, its been awhile but I plan on taking my car here for the next repairs that may be needed. Thank you for the service you provide to the community!”
