My dog ripped out his due claw. And I called to ask for an appointment and there was none open. They told me it would be 4 days before they could get my dog in. I bought the pet insurance thinking that he would be covered for his nutering, but he's not not real happy. Thank you so much for asking.

I have a wellness plan, it's a good value just for the diagnostic tests alone is saves me being billed a big fee, I've always gotten vets that are good with my shy feline and I have confidence in the care she receives.

The staff here is great! My poor baby had an urgent issue and I was able to get in the very next day! They all were so sweet and loved on my baby. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the prices changed after I was quoted a detailed list, the cost went up $100 more. Other than that, we had a great experience there and they are now my dog’s main vet. Thank you!

banfield has been a go to for me for years for my vet needs. specifically at the gresham location the staff is amazing. i love that even for a routine visit i get a call to go over the appointment - discuss things and i never feel like i’m being sold to or pushed products. i have an older dog and i love that they give me options and are willing to take the time to talk with me about things. my dogs are treated with love and affection as if it were the staffs own dogs. when i had an issue with my account front desk baddie Janine went to bat for me and got my account set back up. she wasn’t paid overtime for that and it was only for her love of my pets and respect for me as a client that she did that for me and i’m so so appreciative. the wellness plans are worth it especially for the teeth cleaning aspect since to do that out of pocket is expensive. i’m very happy with banfield and this location specifically. reminder calls for all appointments and just amazing communication overall. thank y’all for helping me and my pets !

My 11 year old small breed dog was scheduled for couple teeth extractions today. They called me and said X-ray needed which will be around $240 and asked what is by budget is and I said total $500. Meaning $240 for X-ray and $260 max for extractions. I asked how much it is per tooth they said $50-$150. I was expecting 3-4 teeth max to be removed. When we received a call to pickup our dog they said total of 13 teeth have been removed!!! This is unacceptable!!! We didn’t get a call asking if it is ok. How is my dog supposed to eat now? When I talked to the manager they said 3 out of 13 fell out but they still pulled 10 teeth themselves without checking in with us. I can’t express how frustrated we are.

Banfield takes great care of my senior dog. She loves the vets there and going for her check ups, which is saying a lot because she is a little dog who doesn't usually like anyone other than her family.

The people who work at Banfield are great. They treat all our pets with such care knowing that we feel our pets are family. They are expensive but so are all vets.

Brought by Dog in on 12/20/2024 for a Dap vaccine, cleaning her ears and medication for calming her for grooming behaviors. He prescribe Tramzone from there facility, the cost is 10 tablets for $19.00, I explained to the Vet that I can’t afford that and Chewy had it for $.17 per table, he approved to send s fax to Chewy, which never happened, I have called Benfield Hospital 2 x which was no answer? Chewy also contacted Benfield Hospital, they stated that were very overwhelmed and need more time. I called 12/27/2024, which it took me 5 attempts to before any body answer. When she did answer she was rude and overwhelmed, and said he need to wait the until til the Dr gets back on the 12/30/2024, Dr Vessel did okay the faxed. I don’t understand it’s been 7 days since the visit. I paid my bill, I get no response for my services. My thoughts are in questions.
