I have been a "small" customer of this bank since the past 10 years and until this day Never experienced any poor customer service.
Just yesterday, I went in with a suspected fraudulent scammers check, immediately noticed from their employee Shiwa Ahmadi, expertly giving me all advice and informing me of further procedures needed.
The perfect customer service! Including 100% expertise concerning customer financial protection!!
I am more than satisfied! Thank you again!

Terrible Experience at Gresham BOA Branch
I had the most unpleasant experience at the Gresham BOA branch yesterday afternoon. While standing in the lobby, a middle-aged white male manager in a suit approached me, asking if I needed help. From the moment he spoke, the overwhelming stench of his breath was unbearable*far worse than anything I could have imagined. I was on the verge of vomiting and felt like I might pass out. It’s shocking and unprofessional for someone with such severe personal hygiene issues to be dealing with clients.
To make matters worse, his attitude was atrocious. He looked angry and annoyed, seemingly because I’m Asian. When I told him that my English is limited, he loudly spoke in a condescending tone as if trying to humiliate me in front of others. In the end, he offered no help whatsoever.
I left the branch and went to another BOA location, where the staff were friendly and resolved my issue quickly. The contrast between the two experiences was night and day.
This Gresham branch has serious issues, from poor customer service to the unprofessionalism of its employees. I’ve been a customer here since I opened my account at 18, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch!

This bank sucks, They currently have 1 teller and 13 people in line.I wouldn't be a customer here.(I only come here for my employer) Stay away unless you like waiting.

Unfortunately this branch is not equipped to handle Spanish speaking clients. During my visit yesterday I witnessed how several Spanish speaking clients got passed for service while wanting to open an account or simply getting questions answered. I left very disappointed in the team and management after what I saw that others experienced.

We were waiting to open three accounts when the secretary stared at us and said she didn’t speak Spanish, even though we hadn’t said a word. The management was the worst; they made us wait until closing time and then told us we needed an appointment. Customer service is poor, and the employees are not well-coordinated.

10/10 do not recommend. One of the gals (I’m assuming in training) tried taking my ID and debit card out of my site and didn’t even sanitize her hands (I have OCD) I waited 10 minutes just for a blonde short hair lady to come tell me she can’t help me open a bank account, savings account, and apply for credit cards… However someone walked in several minutes later and she took them right back… not a good look for first impressions

Tried calling this bank through out the day I finally drove 30 miles round trip to take care of something that was time sensitive. While there I asked for the manager that as it turns out was not in. I asked the assistant manager why they don’t answer their phones and her comment was we are busy. I asked her all day and she didn’t have a comment.

LITERALLY i rang them for 15 minutes straight. They STILL didn't answer once. Read the reviews. Use ANY other bank. IF you moved here and have BOFA, just delete the account.

I deposited a check on the 2nd and I was printed off a receipt that stated the funds would be available on the 5th and when I went to the bank to get my money they told me it wasn’t available and there’s been another hold placed on it, when I talked to Norma, the branch manager wasn’t willing to help, she was rude and even suggested that once the funds are available that I’m more than welcome to take the money out and close the account. It was a horrible experience.
