There ATM's are barely reliable, and for customer service they always have an excuse to put you off, even if you're practically the only customer. I only go to this bank because I use public transit.

Poor customer service, they act unapproachable, not willing to help. I felt very uncomfortable there as a customer.

Had some questions regarding my accounts. I met with Kelly. She was very helpful and patient. What questions she wasn't sure of her manager came over to assist. Thanks again to both of you.
