“We went to the other branch north of this one near harbor freight and got horrible service and I said to myself no... Chase is better than this... Let's try another branch, we drove to this one and the people were just all so happy and bright and helpful. Way busier, way more efficient, much better customer service... Rose was funny and knew her job like the back of her hand. Had us in and out in 15 minutes, would have been 10 or less if I wasn't asking so many questions, faith restored in Chase due to this branch. Someone from this branch needs to go clean up that shady litter box near harbor freight and show them how it's done. That other branch had me pretty angry. If it wasn't for the excellent service at this branch... One of two things was gonna happen, I was gonna get done what I needed to get done or I was gonna close my half dozen chase accounts and credit cards and start banking somewhere else. You guys are heros and made that other branch look like chumps. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to this branch every single time.”
“The Fred Meyer's location is small, but they make it work. I started at the Mall 205 location, which is huge, as well as the Civic drive and downtown locations.
So far OnPoint has been able to help me with everything I've needed, and hasn't burnt me with any kind of fee or shady outcome from any issue I've had during the entire 3 years I've been with them.
My PayPal and other online accounts have merged without issue to my OnPoint account. And every teller has been pleasant with me, as I am probably annoying with my multiple requests for hunting silver and other coins of value.”

“This past Saturday afternoon, due to multiple human errors on that of the bank and myself forgetting what day it was, I managed to use a drive-up tube that was left open even though nobody was inside the building. Obviously I was forced to spend the weekend without my debit card, ID and the cash I had tried to deposit. Today, I went to the branch as soon as it opened. Immediately, Judie went above and beyond to make things right. She apologized more times than I can count and got a bit emotional as she felt so bad, even though it wasn't entirely the banks fault. Again, multiple factors contributed to the issue and that included myself. I have always had a positive experience with the staff at this location, but I can't thank Judie enough for being so kind.”

“Came in to wire a deposit for some property I was buying and the branch manager Nicole was helping me out. Another customer came in pretty frustrated over some miscommunication and started being really mean to the workers, making them cry. Pretty much a “Karen” situation. Nicole had stepped in and tried to help while letting the client know not to make her employees cry and it was pretty cool to witness a manager taking care of her employees like that. It’s hard to find good places to work with bosses who care about their employees and the company at the same time and it was easy to see Nicole cared about her team and she balanced it perfectly with trying to be of service at the same time.”
