We came in to BedMart to investigate the Tempurpedic mattress system. Tom, the service representative did an outstanding job of walking us through the system from the science to the technology of the particular type of mattress we need. He’s been in the sleep industry for many years, and we found him to be knowledgeable and reliable. And, yes, we purchased a mattress!

Hubby & I did their science bed test & bought our first Kingsdown mattress in August. Ended up way to firm & we exchanged it for the slightly softer version. We love it so much, we bought a 2nd Kingstown recently for guest room. Some of the best sleep.

Today my fiancé and I went mattress shopping and we started at another mattress store and immediately got drug around to certain mattresses and the salesman wouldn’t let us even breathe and browse around ourselves when we clearly informed him that we would like to think and walkthrough the store ourselves.
We found a mattress that we absolutely loved but kept getting interrupted by him when we were talking about it so it made us uncomfortable. We then asked when it would be available for delivery and he informed us that it’s over a week out…. So we decided to leave and think about if we could wait that long. We said if we could have it tomorrow we would’ve purchased it but with the unpleasant experience it made us walk. I personally felt bad because my fiancé really loved the mattress and would absolutely love to have it. So that’s when I made a phone call to this BedMart in Gresham, Oregon.
A very well spoken employee answered the phone his name is Tom! When I explained what I was looking for he didn’t direct me to any other mattress like the previous place did and he listened to what I was looking for and didn’t change a thing. He got right to business located the mattress that I was looking for and confirmed it was in stock.
I then asked him if there was any way it could be delivered within 24 hours. He immediately got right back to me and informed me if I could purchase it within a certain time it will be available for next day delivery. So we purchased it and he confirmed with us that it made the next day delivery mark.
There’s things to be said when it comes to amazing straight forward customer service and that is Tom! I greatly appreciated him listening to what I was looking for and instead of steering me elsewhere he followed through and got the job done.
I will be going back to BedMart for future purchases just because of this experience that we had!
