Called ahead and made an appointment for pedicures for 3 people. We arrived a couple min late and it didn't seem like they could find the appointment, but they directed us to pick out colors, which 2 out of the 3 of us had to re-pick colors once we got seated we were told what was picked was only for finger nails. We waited for 15 min before they sat us in chairs then another 10 before some came and filled up the tubs. It was then another 20-25 minutes before one of us had someone start the pedicure. The pedicures themselves were not bad but also not the best for the price we paid. The total time we spent there was two and a half hours and we all were in agreement that we will probably not go back due to the time and cost for what we got.

We had an appointment for 3 adults and 3 children scheduled for pedicures. I called the morning of appointment to confirm and they said yes they have us down. Our appt was at 1pm. We all showed up, they said they didn’t have us written in. We waited until 2:30 to be seen, and the last person in our group didn’t get helped or started on until 3:45pm. Then when we got home I realized they forgot an entire nail on two of our people. I also asked for gel and they didn’t do gel, they did not charge for the extra gel add on though so that was a plus. A pedicure and child pedicure was $85 and they forgot a whole nail. Service was great. It was a good experience. But communication and scheduling and forgetting the one nail on each foot was a downside.

Went in with my daughter and we both got shellac manicures and pedicures. The numbers listed on the color swatches didn't match what they had on the bottle and they looked different than when applied to my nails. I got the standard pedicure which comes with the wax treatment and I did not get it. They were really busy with only 3 workers for a Sunday and I didn't want to keep waiting. I went here in a pinch and definitely will not return.

Worst nails i've ever gotten and I left crying.I left crying and I got them redone at another salon 20 minutes away. Instantly when i walked in it looked really nice but they're not very organized and they don't know how to do simple acrylic nails.

i went to this nail shop and i asked for coffin short nails regular polish and their board says there full sets are 40 dollars 61 dollars later they look like this this and this isn't even with shellac this is regular nail polish i do not at all recommend this nail salon at all and it was a guy he did my nails he was talking more then doing his work so plz do not go here if you want your nails to look like this.

The place is nice. But they are rude and expect tips.and the 1 lady who was good at designs they fired her.so for now you have to get the basics done or you will be upset.

I have been a customer here since maybe about 2016 for pedicures only. it's been my favorite place because they're clean, polite, and their work is 10/10 times really great regardless of the different nail techs i've had. over time i started spacing out my pedi's even more because this place seemed to be inconsistent with prices which could vary by day it seemed like. i came in recently, place looked a bit different (less nail stations, complimentary drinks gone), i asked the male tech that would be doing my pedi if there is a new owner and he said yes and started bad mouthing the previous owner. he seemed so annoyed in general and quite honest gave me anxiety. he would talk nonstop with the another tech there, me being on my phone i couldn't easily distinguish if he was speaking to me or not with the accent being quite thick-- which i could see made him mad. they would have people hanging out by the back door smoking, while the door was wide open and allowing the horrid smell of cigarettes to permeate the place. he RUSHED my service, i was in and out in 30 minutes, didn't shape my nails or any of the bare minimum things. in addition, their ipad/chip reader wasn't working, they humiliated me and made it seem like my CARDS (multiple cards were tried) had no funds, when in fact it was their wifi that was not working. i offered other cards and it got to the point where someone took my card along with the ipad OUTSIDE and out of sight to get "better signal". super sketchy. on my way out, they started arguing with a couple of girls who had scheduled an appointment and their tech was no where to be found, and somehow taking it out on them instead of apologizing or offering solutions. i was better off painting my own nails. coming here and getting pedi's used to be a treat but after this stressful anxiety inducing experience i will not be back ever. this place used to be great and so welcoming, now it gives me chills and makes me upset. very sad to see all the hard work Tony (previous owner) did to make this place thrive all go to waste so quick because of the new owners and staff.

This nail shop is very inconsistent in what they charge. The posted PRICEIt's not the price you pay. You must be careful and ask the price. Before they do the work, I was charged one amount for a full set. Came back for a fill and was charged $20 more for a fill, then a full set that made no sense to me. ( I had no color or design, only Gel, which was free the first time I came. They charged me the second time without telling me.) SO BEWARE!

The salon is conveniently located, and parking is never an issue. It's easy to schedule an appointment and get in and out quickly.
