Worst experience.!! As a bride I hired someone here to do my hair. The communication was awful!! Never got responses back, when I tried to set up my trial , I never heard anything until I had to do a more “upfront” message saying if I don’t here back I want a refund. I finally heard back AFTER I sent that message and she still couldn’t give me a time and date! Remind you she wanted to do my trial 2 months before my wedding ! And here we are 2 weeks before my date and I still don’t have any answers !
I asked for my deposit back as this has been stressful and she just left me on read and did not refund me! Highly recommend not being a bride and hiring here. As a bride it is already stressful and my experience with this one stylist made me not want to do any kind of business here .

Jill Adamson is the best hair stylist I've ever had!! Not only does she do a wonderful job with my cut/color every time, she is super sweet and always fun to hang out with and visit !

I had Lacy do my hair at Bella salon. I am here from out of town on an extended stay. I desperately needed my hair done (grays) . I called the salon and I had an appointment the next day. The salon is very cozy and has a great vibe. Lacy was informative, not overly talkative and had a great touch. I felt very relaxed and my hair turned out awesome! All prices were quoted to me up front which I totally appreciated since this isn’t my regular salon. Thank you Lacy!

Yeah one of their nail techs goes so fast and constantly burns me with the nail file. She also does them too thin and seems like she really doesn't GAF about her clients. My nails were just done yesterday and already broke.. .. if I'm going to pay $50 they need to last longer than a day. I'll be going back and requesting a refund.

I get my brows done by Kim Luckey. She does amazing work!! They look great but not super feminine (which I was concerned about the first time my wife suggested I get them done), just neat and organized and very professional so I don't look like a cave man. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I really loved my stylist Jodi. Her ability to give me a cut and color that was timely, but also what I loved was very impressive. The salon itself has a relaxed vibe and offers other services I want to try such as facials and detox body wraps.

Color was what I expected and looked great. Haircut I received was entirely different story. I wanted layers on both sides of my head. After the cut, One side of my head appeared blunt cut leaving a chunky look, and the other side was cut in more of a layer. Nice lady cutting my hair but I spent a lot of money to then have the cut Re-done. Not coming backService: Haircut
