Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered furniture paid for the same day delivery. They took my money. They didn’t deliver my furniture. I wasted the whole day waiting for them and then it takes seven days to get my money refunded. Don’t ever buy furniture from big lots ever.

Go in for 1 thing and find a ton of things and decorations you didn't know you needed. Lol.

Very deceptive pricing. Signs everywhere stating discounts. Over $200 and not one thing was on sale! They said oh the signs are old. All Christmas stuff and sign said 25% for holiday decor. Pricey store.
