Horrible customer service! I had already tried calling the boost mobile customer service line number and I was on hold for an hour with no real help after getting so many disconnected calls in the first place. So I decided to go in person for help. I went in to unlock my old phone to use my sim from my cracked phone and they promptly said they can’t help. So, when I started to walk out to my car I hear them locking the door behind me! How absurd! The disrespect and rather unacceptable type of customerService. These employees are rude and harsh. Don’t go here! no wonder the prices are cheap for lack of quality and service. The lady at cricket was 100x more kind and helpful.

Juan ; at this is the best pocket phone / cellphone help teach I have ever met ! Since my first cell phone I got in 2002 . And he is just a berry nice person. I would like to give a combination for him . Well deserved ! And sales rep ! Should get a promotion . Thank you.

I was switching from my android phone to an iPhone given to me by my daughter. I knew nothing about iPhones but these guys were SUPER helpful and completed the activation for me. Usually I do all of that myself with my android phones but with the new platform (to me) I didn't want to screw with it. They were helpful, and they answered my questions when I had them. It appeared to me that the main gentleman - I think his name might have been Juan - was training a new employee, who was the first person I interacted with. Seemed like a sharp guy so I hope this is a good hire for them. Anyway, I am thoroughly pleased with the service I have received from Boost not only at this physical location but in general, since I was transferred from Virgin Mobile to Boost - AND - my coverage improved after the Virgin Mobile / Boost transfer as well. Anyway - Thank you Juan and "New Guy". You made what I expected to be a long, drawn out annoying experience absolutely painless! Thank YOU!

You have to be open DURING normal hours to actually get reviews. This is the second time I have come to this boost Mobile location, both times Google says they're open, their hours on the door says they're open, however not so much... Does anybody still work here?
