I wish I could say I'm being unfair with this rating but if I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is a joke.
They try to charge you for services you never received, are terrible at cleaning teeth and you never have the same dentist as this place is just a revolving dentist mill. Don't waste your insurance benefits on this place as they will up-charge you.

Dr.Wells was great. Fixed my night guard so I didn’t have to purchase a new one. Also I didn’t have to pay any additional fees for it. It was included in my exam. I appreciate the extra detail he and the staff give me during the appointment process.

The office in general is located in a convenient spot. The front desk staff is friendly but they seem overwhelmed and unorganized. I was taken back after filling out what seemed to be 15 pages of paperwork. I met with Dr. Lin who came in 45 minutes after my x-rays were taken by the tech. He said the front staff overbooked him. He then reviewed my X-rays and started writing things down without talking to me. He looks in my mouth. Said I had a few cavities. I asked him how many -and he said “oh don’t worry. It’s not too bad. I can do it one visit” And then he leaves the room. The hygienist (“My”) then comes in and introduces herself. She was extremely professional and friendly. She took her time to explain everything. Even complimented me on my shoes and asked me how my day was. She was very personable and probably could tell I was nervous. I was told that I can either wait for her to see me for the cleaning or I can reschedule if it didn’t work for my schedule. I decided to stay. I went to the lobby and they gave me an estimate for my cleaning. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had! She was so gentle but efficient! Made me feel at ease and calmed my dental anxiety! She even said she understood how many people have dental anxiety and deals with it often (poor girl). She walked me out and gave me a gift bag with goodies to take home. The front desk staff girl checked me out and gave me the estimate for the fillings. I had 15 cavities!!!!!! 15!!! When I asked Dr.Lin how many, he was hesitant to tell me and now I know why! I literally saw a dentist last year with a clean checkup! And now Dr. Lin is claiming I had 15 cavities. So of course I had to go get another opinion by another dentist who told me I had none!!!! Dr Lin is a sketchy sketchy Dr and dishonest! I would steer clear of him! No wonder he didn’t tell me how many cavities I had when I asked or didn’t show me because he simply could not !! I am disappointed because I really liked the hygienist but I would never go back because of Dr. Lin! And from reading other reviews, it seems like other people have had this problem too! He should be getting audited or something because the way he conducts business seems to be unethical! 3 stars because it wasn’t all bad but dr Lin gets 1 star!

So many things are wrong with this place. Here’s why: I always arrive on time or 10 minutes early, but the dentist and hygienist are consistently late. They never apologize for the long wait times (30 minutes or more), making me feel like my time doesn't matter. I had fillings done here, and the color didn't match my real teeth at all. I don’t trust the dentist; it seems like he did unnecessary fillings and proposed treatment plans that cost way too much. I consulted two other dentists for their opinions, and they confirmed I didn't need those treatments at all. It's best practice to get 2-3 opinions from different doctors before agreeing to anything. Additionally, the front desk failed to inform me that I owed money after my 6-month cleaning. They never sent a bill or notified me. If I hadn't returned, I wouldn't have known about the bill, which could have gone to collections and negatively impacted my credit score. Overall, this has been a really bad experience.

Very good experience. Lindsey is an amazing hygienist. My teeth always feel like a million bucks after the visit! Highly recommend!

Unprofessional, poor customer service. I'M SURE YOU ALL DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY REVIEW JUST BY THE LOOKS ON YOUR FACES WHILE I WAS IRRITATED WITH YOU ALL. My first experience with you all you moved up the appointment and basically told me oh well if you can't make we will have to reschedule you. 2 you all gave me a care plan told me the amount then once day of the appointment handed me something different with an outrageous amount. 3 every appointment after someone was asking for payment when I paid in full. 4 my son had four appointments and we get to the last and you all say we don't have an appointment. I took off work, got my children out if school early, and drove from North Portland to Gresham for a phantom appointment who does that. The front desk is incompetent needs training and customer service. Will not be going to any of their franchise THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I specifically came in for a cleaning. All we got done was x-rays and a short visit with the dentist. I was told the dental hygienist had just started on the patient prior to me and I would have to schedule another appointment for the actual cleaning. Very disappointing. The staff was very friendly though. The office was clean and bright.

Horrible experience if 0 stars was a option I’d do 0, to start off I had a appointment got there before to fill out paper work and took 45 minutes after my appointment to finally get in, there is no protection when x-rays are done, my insurance has always covered my treatments and this place wanted to up-charge for something that was not necessary when the doctor told me it wasn’t and that everything was fine also the front desk shows no professionalism they all have something different to say(mixed bag)Don’t waste your time here

I had a appointment yesterday at 1030 so I got there at 10 in case I need to do any paperwork. The gal couldn't find my insurance so I went outside and called them . I got it all sorted out and went back in. She took my insurance info and told that's all she needed the told me I had to reschedule. I looked over at the clock and it was 10:38. Made me mad. I live around 35 miles from any dentist. I'm disabled and had to find a ride there. Thanks for nothing but

So, Glade, I found my review. I'm not happy here. Had a parcel plate made. Had to return several times to get it right. Told my dentist my wisdom tooth was breaking skin. He told me I was too old for my tooth to move. And he never x-ray my mouth. After receiving my new plate, I was only able to wear it about a month before my tooth came all the way out. What a waste of money..
