Upon entering, customers are greeted by Security and asked to wait while they are scanned - not sure how that worked. The merchandise was disorganized and messy, most of it cheap. I was very disappointed and will not return.

Not saving much money if i have to spend more gas and time driving back to the store so i can wear what i just purchased
Upon returning to the store, i went straight to the front, the cashier recognized me, removed the security lanyard immediately and there were no further issues. The coat is very warm without being heavy or bulky.
