The woman who answers the phone and deals with people in person lacks empathy and compassion... especially when things go wrong. She is very matter of fact and does not seem to be aware that she is dealing with people who have very recently lost their loved ones. I have a hard time recommending this place but the owner did talk with my family and apologize so I'm editing my review to reflect that.

My brother passed away rather suddenly on Feb. 18th, 2023. He had previously expressed his desire to be cremated once he passed. So, I called around to 3 different Cremation Services and ended up choosing Care Cremation Services in Gresham, OR. We are so happy with Care Cremation Services. I what was a difficult time for my wife and I, they took the reins and took care of everything for us and for that we are very grateful. Bought a prepaid cremation policy for my mother who was suffering from dementia. Care cremation took care of all the details during our time of loss. Thank you so much.

It was a fair experience in light of the circumstances. Staff was kind however there were hang up’s with my son’s death certificate that had to be resolved. To date I’ve not been able reach anyone (several voicemails left) to get final death certificate updated. I hope someone helps us in this final step.

Very caring and compassionate place. I definitely recommend them. When I called, they said, "the only thing that you need to do is spend time with your mom and then we will take care of the rest." Very pleased with them!

Amazing staff - they really take care of the details that can bedevil you when someone passes. They made a difficult situation much easier and provided much-needed calm in the midst of the maelstrom. Heaven forbid I need them again, but I would do so in a heartbeat. Should also mention they did not try to upsell me, and provided very good value for the services they offered. 100% satisfied!

They were very kind when they came and took my husband. My daughter handled all the paperwork for me. I am going to pre pay them for my cremation. I highly recommend this company.
