Massive gym with all the amenities and staff is friendly enough. I go primarily for racquetball and they have plenty of courts

The friendly qualified staff and cleanliness of the facility made our visit a positive experience. I am optimistic about future visits and actually enjoy the workouts.

Good gym with lots of family stuff. I always thought is was going to be expensive, but my whole family has a membership for less than I was paying for muv and tribe for just myself

I've been a customer for more than 25 years! They keep up on their maintenance. Staff is always friendly, considering that they have to deal with entitled people from time to time!

Just left. Never going back. Glad I didn’t get far enough to get a family membership. I see what others mean how some of the staff is very rude. Likely the same dark haired guy everyone else complains about on the reviews. I will say the ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful initially. This is not towards them at all. They likely deserve a raise if they have to work with rude co workers. When I came to pick up my family member I dropped off for an appointment that was canceled we were going to tour the place to see if we wanted to apply for a family membership and get physical therapy, I wanted a personal trainer too.But I was hassled by a dark haired guy demanding I sign in who was yelling at me from across the room when I was trying to wave down my mother who wasn’t feeling well and her appointing was canceled due to a mix up. She was trying to get relief and acupuncture, not grief from some rude employee. This guy was not cordial or welcoming at all. This guy was very rude and not helpful or understanding in any way. Even when I told him I was just there to pick someone up he was being rude, instead of apologizing. He simply said “I’m not being rude” and let me walk out when I told him I’m leaving and not interested now.Pretty bizarre way to greet people who first visit. You’re losing costumers with this behavior.Do not go here until they fix this issue.Word of advice for the rude guy. Calmly walk up and greet new people and see if they need help when it’s clear they are new and obviously don’t know how things work. Don’t just start barking commands from across the room. That’s about as rude as it gets and very unprofessional. When people say they are just picking up someone don’t start barking orders at people if you want their business. You never know who you turned away. They could have been looking for a large contract, business partnership, or more?Seriously let the other employees do their job and go do something else. They were great, you were terrible. If you’re just having a bad day then take freaking vacation dude. Not cool at all. Especially for people who are just trying to focus on their health and likely not feeling good seeking things like massage, therapy, and acupuncture.Oh well, not going back but I took the time to write this because I think people should know and other places deserve business more.At least until they take care of the management problem allowing this behavior to persist. I’m being as cordial as I can because I think the place is great looking and has potential but this should be a wake up call with so many people complaining about rude staff.Fix the problem. You guys need a Gordon Ramsay for gyms to turn the place around. You need an angry Gordon type to bark insults at the rude staff until they are humbled enough to chill out and fix the problem.I’ll do it for you:[Said in an angry Gordon Ramsay voice]“Good God man, get it together, your talent for barking orders at customers is so legendary, even the treadmills are running away from you. I’ve seen better leadership on a kindergarten playground. You’re losing money hand over fist! Now what are you going to do to fix it?” ??Hopefully this humor gives the light hearted nudge to do the right thing while still offering critical feedback. ?

My son made me an appointment for acupuncture there and when I got there the lady said that the doctor was not there and booked up for two weeks so had to call my son back to get me some tall dark hair guy told my son he had to sign in, all rude. Since it was our first time there we didn’t know so my son said I am just here to pick someone up and the guy proceeded to be even more rude and told him “I don’t care you need to sign in!!!” My son told him he was thinking of getting a membership but not now!!!” How can he be so rude when that’s the business for them to get people to go there?? Not only did they get the appointment wrong for me but so rude to him!!!

Solid gym with a lot of equipment. Maintenance is slow to fix when a machine goes down. Biggest gripe is cleanliness. Bathrooms are constantly out of soap, then replaced with hair and body soap from the salon downstairs. Building isn’t in the best shape either. Water damage all over the place, but they seem to be working on that. Locker room hygiene is questionable. A little too grungy for $80/month

BE AWARE of any charges made to your account! There have been numerous times when I found random charges or multiple errors added to my account. The customer service is terrible. A tall Caucasian man (name not known) has always been rude and condescending. It used to be a good place, but things are going downhill. They removed a lot of classes (Groove), which was the primary reason I signed up to this gym. I'm no longer part of the membership dealing with billings, rude customer services.

I have been a member for several years now and every time I have come in and interacted with Guy, my day improved. Pumping yourself up to get to the gym can be tough sometimes, but when you walk in and there’s that giant tall man smiling at you and welcoming you in, you feel like family and you’re glad you got off the couch to make something better of yourself. He’s always willing and happy to go the extra mile to make sure your experience inside these walls makes you ready to come back for more. I will be a lifelong customer and part of the reason is because of the amazing staff, some of whom stand above all the rest.
