We went to the other branch north of this one near harbor freight and got horrible service and I said to myself no... Chase is better than this... Let's try another branch, we drove to this one and the people were just all so happy and bright and helpful. Way busier, way more efficient, much better customer service... Rose was funny and knew her job like the back of her hand. Had us in and out in 15 minutes, would have been 10 or less if I wasn't asking so many questions, faith restored in Chase due to this branch. Someone from this branch needs to go clean up that shady litter box near harbor freight and show them how it's done. That other branch had me pretty angry. If it wasn't for the excellent service at this branch... One of two things was gonna happen, I was gonna get done what I needed to get done or I was gonna close my half dozen chase accounts and credit cards and start banking somewhere else. You guys are heros and made that other branch look like chumps. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to this branch every single time.

Nearly impossible to speak to someone at this branch if you call. I called and was hung up on by robots repeatedly. Wasn't even able to leave a voicemail, the voicemail service did not allow you to go a directory. For a place that makes a lot of money from their clients, they sure are difficult to get a hold of....

Worst bank ever been banking with them for 20 years bought an air conditioner in August that I never received but apparently they got a picture of it on my door and my address and when you look them up on the Internet the company that I bought it from it says do not buy from this company buyer beware fake company but they apparently chose to believe them in delivering this to my house please come over find the air conditioner I kind of want to use it especially since I had to pay $78 for it and I should have known when that was the price that it was fake but I was desperate because my house was 95 degrees at night this is just another thing with Chase Bank when I've tried this has been going on for 2 months I have called and called and called and apparently a 20 your customer is a liar but not a new company that when you look it up says scam they just don't do their work do they I will be closing my account with Chase Bank and never banking with them again

I cannot say enough about the staff at this Burnside location. Always friendly, efficient, fast. I'd like to give special kudos to Rose Clark, who has helped me navigate a very difficult time in my life with compassion and understanding. Always with a big smile and greeting by my name, I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

Rose Clark has been helping my elderly father, and she went above and beyond today to help add me to his accounts today so I can help him electronically as needed. She is kind, and patient, it's was a busy Saturday at the first of the month, and she took the time, while also getting it done quickly. She clearly has been in the industry a while, and has been helping my father for quite some time, she knew exactly how to speak to him. She is exactly what customer service should be! If she's not a manager she should be!!!

Every time I visit this Chase branch office, I receive outstanding customer service from the tellers. I would love to name them individually, but there is not a single one who stands out above the others. This appears to be a solid team of young women who unfailingly treat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. I appreciate their ongoing efforts and hope that management takes a moment to recognize them as outstanding examples of the Chase brand.

On sat the Sep. 9th this bank failed me a Chase customer by the 2 times I showed up to this bank 9am & 2pm all to utilize cash withdrawal and cash deposit after completing a day of business. The 1st time the drive through ATM had an unusable ATM for any purpose. So I used the wall ATM then I returned at 2pm. And the wall ATM was put out of order by the bank placing a piece of paper on it.

The drive-thru ATM hasn't worked in over a month and you can't get into the ATM through the front doors because it's broken too, been that way for over a month.

This institution stole $10 from me in exchange for cashing a check on one of their depositor's accounts. I've never understood how this is a legal practice, much less an ethical practice, considering all of the fees generated off the depositors themselves. The teller was friendly, however, so at least, I was robbed by a nice person.
