Sorry but this branch sucks, left inside to just use an atm. Wow, was faster to leave the store and use their ATM than to actually get help.

One ATM outside white 2 other drive throughs blocked off. Put 3 atms am outside instead of wasting the space. Also the atm half the time doesn’t work.

Overall my banking experience here at this location has been positive and the friendly tellers always provided good customer service for the transactions that I needed to do.
BUT I will not go back to this branch because of their Manager Nicole. She's unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and has no customer service skills.

The ATM outside rarely works. There is no drive through teller. The atm in the lobby closes early. the one in the branch works but you have to be there during regular hours

Walked into this branch, nobody in line, silent in there, we have all of our finances with chase... Tried to turn my kids checking account into a teen account at 1pm on a Monday they told me to kick rocks and make an appointment. No let me see if anyone is available, no you are welcome to sit down and wait to see if someone becomes available, just make an appointment or leave. Never been turned away by a bank before for anything I have been pleased with every moment of my chase experience until now. Went to another branch just to the south in Gresham and they were happy, helpful, way busier, and had us sorted out with wonderful energy in 20 minutes. This branch needs to work on being more the like the other branch on Burnside near Wingstop.

ATM hasn't been in working condition for several months now. You'd think they would fixed it by now after all this time. Portland is such a trash city, lol.

ATMs have been out for months and the one inside is never working either. Drove 20 minutes to another location and their ATM was down too. Chase used to be great but this is just ridiculous when you need to deposit or pull out cash

Their drive up ATM has been out of order for months. Their after hours ATM where you use your debit card to get in to use it ALSO doesn’t work. The reader will not read your card, resulting in you not getting in to use the ATM.I, as many others, do not have the luxury to visit the bank between 9 AM - 5 PM because I WORK. I need to deposit my money!!!I switched to Chase from Umpqua because they were closer and more convenient… there’s been no convenience with this nonsense.Fix your drive up ATM at the VERY least.I will also note that about 1 year ago the drive up ATM took my $500 cash deposit and then had an error message and did not give me back my money nor put it in my account. Luckily when I called the next day it was investigated and returned to me later, but ATMs should not be doing that, giving you dang near a heart attack.
