ATMs have been out for months and the one inside is never working either. Drove 20 minutes to another location and their ATM was down too. Chase used to be great but this is just ridiculous when you need to deposit or pull out cash

Their drive up ATM has been out of order for months. Their after hours ATM where you use your debit card to get in to use it ALSO doesn’t work. The reader will not read your card, resulting in you not getting in to use the ATM.I, as many others, do not have the luxury to visit the bank between 9 AM - 5 PM because I WORK. I need to deposit my money!!!I switched to Chase from Umpqua because they were closer and more convenient… there’s been no convenience with this nonsense.Fix your drive up ATM at the VERY least.I will also note that about 1 year ago the drive up ATM took my $500 cash deposit and then had an error message and did not give me back my money nor put it in my account. Luckily when I called the next day it was investigated and returned to me later, but ATMs should not be doing that, giving you dang near a heart attack.

Drive-up ATM has been out of service for over a month, and the lobby ATM secure door card reader doesn’t work either. This is the only branch in the Portland metro area that has this many issues. Avoid at all costs.

Tried setting up a bank account with them , I was told I would be getting a call back for when to come in . It's been over a year since I couldn't be happier.

Came in to wire a deposit for some property I was buying and the branch manager Nicole was helping me out. Another customer came in pretty frustrated over some miscommunication and started being really mean to the workers, making them cry. Pretty much a “Karen” situation. Nicole had stepped in and tried to help while letting the client know not to make her employees cry and it was pretty cool to witness a manager taking care of her employees like that. It’s hard to find good places to work with bosses who care about their employees and the company at the same time and it was easy to see Nicole cared about her team and she balanced it perfectly with trying to be of service at the same time.

I’ve genuinely NEVER had this many issues with an ATM. It never accepts my cash, there’s always some kind of error with it and they DO NOT service it enough. Can not stress this enough, go to ANY other branch.

Put a hold on my money from an Amazon order that was cancelled. Told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to take the hold off. Also told me it was on Amazon's end. Called Amazon they told me the bank has the hold on the money... So I'm playing phone tag with Amazon and Chase..just give me my money so I can go to another bank. Sincerely a dissatisfied customer.
