The landlord/office manager, Tim, is AMAZING at his job. My sister and I lived here for five and a half years and he was always willing and able to help us when we needed it, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. From the horror stories I've heard from friends, family and coworkers, Tim is truly one in a million.
As for the neighborhood, it was pretty decent for most of our stay. Every so often, there'd be a homeless person walking by, screaming (which also happens at my new place 🤷♀️), and occasionally one would be digging through the dumpster (which Tim would always handle), but otherwise, it's a very nice neighborhood. It's near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and most of our neighbors here were pretty great, too!

Been here 9+ years. It's safe, we have an amazing Landlord, who works his @$$ off, and he will also be firm, but bend with the breeze once in a while if legally permittable. He has a wealth of knowledge, and if you ever have questions, he posts his hours, or let's ya know when he is off site. Our neighborhood is fairly quiet. We do get some homeless people from time to time, who dig for cans, but truly for an apartment complex, (and I've lived at alot if them), it's pretty darn good all around.

I’ve lived here for several years. Site manager is very responsive and helpful. Communication is always on point and if you need something fixed or checked out, they’re on it in a jiffy. They also host holiday door decoration contests for prizes. I don’t participate, but if you’re into that, it could be fun for you. Close to the blue line max, plaid pantry, and eateries.. this is a good price for the location.

Absolutely amazing. We've been living here close to a year and we love it here. Super quite and transit is so close. The management is friendly and really helpful with anything I've needed

There's either no site on Apartments.com for Cleveland Station, or if there is, Google is making it impossible to find.

Transients going through the trash here, seems to be regular occurrence. This complex's trash setup could benefit from a locking trash compactor or similar locking trash device to detract the homeless from trespassing on the property and going through the trash and recycling.That being said, seems like the grounds are kept in good order otherwise.

I love this place. The apartment was cozy and I love the kitchen space. The manager is always on top of any and every repairs or request we put in. We had great neighbors over all and it’s near public transportation

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend moved away from here. This place has COCKROACHES.DON'T move here!
