AVOID THIS BANK! they randomly close for days at a time in the middle of the week (and they’re closed all weekend every weekend). ATMs don’t accept check deposits and mobile deposit takes days. They definitely don’t have their customers in mind. I didn’t think it could get worse than on point but they definitely are. STAY AWAY

Rejected my checks without giving me a reason, kinda irritated due to me bringing plenty of people to cash checks through the drive up window. I am the first to be rejected

Lobby is closed from 110:00 to 1:30 just when it's needed. There's no mandates so what's the deal?So then I called they opened lobby and I was able to get my new bank card .Thank you ?

I think they n ont like to recive the customer at that location...i ask for som cash in hundred new and BOB...tell me o just for Christmas wi have to do that....is true i am dress whit work equipament and no shawe my face bot my money d ont have bad smell and have 4 corners to...a d ont speaking werry well english bot i am not stupid... the teller girl d ont have bussines card and no stiker whit name...i need to ask bob about him name hy s luking and felling like VIP person is a disgusting place there and about 30 min nobady com there....i am customer Columbia bank for long time agoo bot that place damage the view for COLUMBIA BANK...

I love the people over there. Running a small business is tough and sometimes the bills beat the deposits, but Robyne is always there to give me a call if this happens and save me big on fees! Most banks seem to be waiting to charge me extra but they really do care about me at Columbia. Client for life!!

Technically a good bank, although slow in processing my very easy deposit. It would be nice when making a deposit to have the teller say, "Thank you" as opposed to saying "There you are" when handing me my receipt. I would have thanked her but she would have likely said "No problem" as opposed to "You're welcome". It was a very slow time at the branch, yet no hello, how are you, nothing. A morgue may have a warmer, more inviting atmosphere. Fortunately I then had a great lunch at a pleasant new Ethiopian restaurant where the language-challenged waiter was attentive and said thanks more than once. Which place left me with the better feeling? ... and willingness to recommend to others?
