Came in on Nov 1st after visiting a few weeks ago. Brought in my nail license and unable to purchase. The nice lady said she can’t sell to me because I have to respond to an email I didn’t get. Yeah, never coming back to this place. Only going to Portland from now on… sad…..

I’ve been shopping with this store for the last 5 years and have always had great experiences until recently. I had called the store in advance to confirm info regarding an exchange/refund and was given the wrong information and when I arrived to the store, I was told I could not make my exchange due to a new policy that wasn’t told to me when I called. That’s completely understandable, but obviously I was frustrated and when I suggested that the employees tell customers about the policy if and when they call regarding a return/exhange, I was brushed off and completely ignored. And the girls that were helping me kept giving snarky looks to each other while I was venting my frustration. I don’t know if I will continue to shop at this store due to the rudeness of the employees.

I have been coming to this store for 10+ years. The last couple times I’ve gone there is a new worker that has followed me around the store as if I’m trying to steal things. Every single isle I go down she’s there behind me or peaking over at me from one isle over. I felt so uncomfortable the first time that I just left. I like to slowly browse the store but it’s hard when someone is breathing down my neck acting like I’m shoving things in my tiny lululemon bag. I don’t know if I’ll be back to this store.

was looking around the store for awhile, with no worker greeting me. then the lady up front tells me i have to be licensed in order to purchase what i have. all i was buying was nail stuff that could easily have been purchased at another store.

Been going to cosmoprof since beauty school and usually go to the clackamas location but since I moved the Gresham one is closer to me and all I can say is that it’s a night and day difference between the customer services. The lady was very rude, not even pretending to give me any sort of personal space. I was very offended, I even asked her for advice on a different line than I usually use because my line doesn’t carry the color I needed. After I grabbed the color, I wanted to look for a new leave in conditioner for myself but felt very rushed and smothered. I appreciate her showing me the other line but I don’t think I’ll be going here again. You don’t follow customers around, breathing down their neck, especially when they are not doing anything wrong. This stores for professional beauticians only, which I am, and did not feel I was treated as such.

Where are the prices?? Plus they do not sell all professional brands so you'll have to go to the competitor or order online instead. Bummer ?

This store is constantly out of the colors that I need. If pink shades are so popular you can't keep them on the shelves, maybe the manager should start ordering up. What is the point of having a business if you can't keep popular products on the shelves? Also, I'm really glad that the associate at the Gresham store was so amused by the fact that I can't get my hair dyed before my mom's celebration of life tomorrow. Should probably teach your employees to not be patronizing and to control their laughter in situations where people are dealing with hard things. I am not at all pleased with the service I received this morning or the fact that this store is constantly out of the products I need.
