Experienced seamstress, friendly staff and easy to schedule appointments, and affordable! Michelle altered my wedding dress beautifully. She gave me feedback on shoes and communicated well. Highly recommend for your bridal gown, or other alterations.

I actually was not too impressed by how my alterations went for my wedding dress. It fit perfectly day of… for like 15 mins. My dress kept sliding around and I constantly had to adjust the breast area because the push-up cups were not in the right spot. The spot around my stomach was so loose, it looked like I was pregnant in most photos that were taken. The length was perfect, but the straps were too loose as well. Not to mention, when I was there at my appointments, the employees were not very nice and were pretty condescending. In the photos you can see how loose the dress was around my stomach area.

I have been going here for 15 + years. Michelle always does a great job at a reasonable price. Turn around us standardly 2 weeks, but you can pay for a rush job. Seriously, you couldn't ask for better. (Below I posted an example of her work. A thong bodysuit she turned into a top for me.)

I went through Michelle for all of my bridesmaids alterations. My maid of honors dress was nowhere to be found on the day I came to pick up. Not only did they somehow lose the dress and ruin the photos as the maid of honor ended up wearing whatever we could find, but she is by policy not responsible for calling her customers to tell them the service they paid for is done. This is not good practice and not how you keep clients. Should I expect my photographer to do the same? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Wedding season or not.

Michelle is the best in the PNW. This is THE PLACE to go for military uniform alterations in the greater Portland area. I drive 30+ minutes here to get my uniforms tailored right, the first time, every time. Friendly, great prices, on time delivery. 5 stars all the way!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a clear timeline and met the deadline. I was worried my suit would not be able to be fixed. I ordered a size much to big. Michelle turned it into a beautiful fit. It is now one of my favorite ensembles! I would give them more stars if I could!

I would highly recommend Michelle for all your bridal alteration needs! I originally chose Michelle over other seamstresses because when I first met her, she was patient in explaining the process to me and answered all my questions, and I saw that she has so much experience with bridal alterations! It was really easy to book all the alteration appointments to make sure that I was in the schedule and everything was ready to go so I did not have to stress about alterations so close to the wedding day. Everyone on her team is really sweet and the final alterations were perfect. I was so happy to trust Michelle!
