One of my favorite stores. So many brands to pick from. I stopped shopping at REI after my 1st trip to DICKS. There is definitely a difference however between locations, going to a larger store is going to give you more brand options.

Question, do you have board shorts for women? This was directed to the 5 associates standing around the registers. Not a single customer mind you. Their answer, “I don’t know.” ; I just laughed. Then check out, I set down my pile of stuff, they ring up a fishing pole that isn’t mine. Now I can understand that. But then after the sale. She said thank you. Didn’t offer a bag for my numerous large and small items, lmao. Just walked away to continue the gossip with her co workers. Honestly the funniest and yet most annoying shopping experience I’ve had there as of yet. Lmao. Expect ridiculousness at this store ran by 16 year olds.

Upon entering the establishment i was met with the store manager yelling me right out the gate. I just needed knee pads and stated that they only have a limited selection and im better off going somewhere else...

This store is so extremely helpful.
The manager Jeremy Piocos was helping me, and he is over the top.
I didn't really know what I was looking for and he figured it out in just a few minutes.
It is so wonderful to have someone go the extra distance to help you figure things out.
Even the young lady that Jeremy has working at the entrance was so very very excellent to make sure I knew where I was headed.
It doesn't make any difference if you're young or if you've been on the planet a whole lot of decades they're going to take care of you in here !!!
