Tracy dollar tree manager is not who you think about costumer service. She raised her voice at me and didn't get a refund because I had purchased toothpaste that was all the way down the shelf which there was a lot of the same product and brand and clearly the price said $1.25 and when I get to pay it had charged me $5.00. I went back to take a picture of the setup and the price and asked for a refund which I hadnt opened the product and she said her system was done. I calmly asked her again to give me a refund and she said her system was done and stared raising her voice and had blamed her accociate for not stocking correctly. I'm so disappointed and not coming back to the location again.

Ok now I see why 407 be Eastman street has horrible reviews. Was told it is not their policy to have to bag the bags you bring ing in, but you can buy a bag and they will bag it with no problem. Horrible service and very rude staff.

This place looks like locusts have come through. The store must be very short handed as the aisles are mostly disarray and many items are out of stock.

The manager tracey is absolutely disgusting, told me my 100$$ dollar bill was fake 😤 I have never been so humiliated and judgment the way she looked at me was horrible. I had to walk to my credit union, Rivermark community credit union, I love you people and no judgmental attitudes, don't shop there

This is the cleanest Dollar Tree I've ever been to. I travel a lot. I've been to so many different Dollar Trees in so many different cities and states, but this is the cleanest and most organized dollar store I've ever been to. And extremely helpful associates; I was looking for rubbing alcohol, they didn't have it on the shelf, and they went all the way to the back, brought the box, and gave me the amount that I wanted. Thank you so much to all of you. Your hard work is very noticeable.

There was only one cash register working, and there was a long queue. When the second cash register opened, I approached first, and the girl refused to serve me and started calling other customers.

Aaron, an employee @ the dollar tree was so kind to my wife & my mother today. I was short a dollar on my food card , instead of making me feel less, he whipped out his own debit card and paid
the remaining amount owed. There should be more people like him, I have paid for other people but have never been on that end. Aaron, thank you, you are a very kind soul. Way to pay it forward.
