“Price Quotes can very. I would like potential customers to know that price quotes are not a science, not fixed in stone. Of the hundreds' of potential electronic parts that could fail, how long does it take to chase it down. I have been doing medical & home electronic field servicing for 50 years. When I try to quote a repair, the worse it is reported, the higher the quote (Male vs Female report). Be a smart shopper. Don't say fix it, set a cap value on what you are comfortable with and you be then notified. I find Michael's service shop well stocked with knowledge & tools to send my extra work here. Also food near by.”

Doug is honest, fair snd one of the most knowledgeable techs in the industry. I only wish there was a higher rating as he deserves it!”
“I brought my SX-750 to them for repair. The receiver would not power up and I kept losing a channel on the phono input. The techs repaired all my issues and it's a joy to listen to now. Keep in mind, this receiver is 50 yrs. old. and things can still happen due to the heat cycles and age of components in the design of this amp. Just saying, it's like my 55 yr. old motorcycle, things will need attention and PLEASE be PATIENT with them. They're that busy with customer's repairs these days. It's worth the wait.”
