They where un clear of there pricing up front. One chrarged more why the other charged less . The charms fell off 5 minutes after leaving. Even though the nail artist struggled with the chrams on glue up . They have a we charge you less program if you pay cash but you have to pay cash 7 times to get ten dollars off

I followed Yvonne here from her old salon- I actually tracked her down in a local community group after I realized she wasn't at the old place anymore, lol, and I'm glad I did! She does great nails, and never hurts me (I have really sensitive cuticles and nail beds and most nail techs end up cutting or scraping them up, but Yvonne never has). The shape, size, thickness and polish are always exactly how I want them. I usually just get a simple gel polish, but today I decided to ask for a cute summer design I found on Pinterest, and she really delivered! I highly recommend this salon!

Got ATHLETES FOOT AND A WART just a few days after going here!!! I have never had that problem in the past .I rarely get manicures and pedicures. I’m talking like once every couple years, so when I do decide to treat myself, I would like it to be Relaxing at least. I was in here for my birthday in April and I got the pedicure with a massage and it was so rushed. I showed them a picture of what I wanted for my fingernails because I was also getting a set put on. Right before she is gonna put my color on she tells me the color I chose would not be pretty. I also didn’t realize the picture I was using for inspiration was a set that you could order online already painted. I do understand those are different but if any of these ladies could speak a lick of English while living in America, maybe they could’ve relayed that to me, but nope, not a single one even tries to learn English. I don’t think they understand that their business would thrive and be much better if they could communicate with their customers. But that’s not even my biggest complaint. My mom had gift certificates and she’s still paid a very high price for what we had done which was two pedicures two manicures and a set. They only gave her one stamp and we spent over $300 and that’s including the gift certificates. But then I leave, and five days later I have a wart starting to grow on my Right foot. And my feet have become smelly, even when just wearing sandals. And then I started thinking back to after I was done with my pedicure, A man came into where I was sitting and sat right down, and my bowl hadn’t even been washed out. I also didn’t get my foot files or scrubber like they usually give me. Which leads me to believe that they used one that possibly was used because I never saw them open a new pack either.This is disgusting and I don’t know if this is something I’m gonna suffer with the rest of my life, but I am almost 100% positive that it came from this nail salon as I had no problems prior to that day. EVER! This was my third time here and honestly, I’m just sick of paying such a high dollar to people who can’t even understand what I’m saying. Nor do they care to try to slow it down and create a better experience, even for a customer on her birthday. I tried to tell them that I never get this done so it’s actually special for me but once again they don’t understand English. Next time I’m going to find a salon that has American people or at least people who can speak English. I’m so over this! You walk in and they basically make you feel like you’re just cattle getting rushed through. feeling shitty and having stinky wart feet. Thanks a lot

Terrible place not like it used to be. The new owners of this place are terrible specially Lucy this is a horrible business, And expensiveI do not recommend this place to anybody. the owner trade me really bad. She treat me different and did not set up an appointment for me after going there for over 20 years, This is a horrible, terrible customer service place do not recommend Elegant salon anymore, Trying to find a new place🤬 I only missed my appointment one time in 20 Years Lucy is lying bad place Worse owners No recommended No more bad service

Absolutely love this salon. I have been going here since 2022 and have never been disappointed, my nails can last almost 2 months before a fill, these girls are super talented and can do amazing designs on your nails regardless of length. Great prices for the quality of nails as well. I also go for pedicures and they always last so long too, only complaint is that my pedicures are always $10 or more extra than what their price menu says (and no im not adding anything extra). But other then that I adore this salon and highly recommend and encourage others to try this place out!

The girls work quickly and quite well, but be prepared to pay more than you expected at the very beginning. My sister, my mother, and I had a pedicure here. We initially chose a pedicure for $35 and were clearly told about it; at the end of the day, the bill was 50. It was an unpleasant aftertaste that I was deceived; we won’t be back.

My young kiddo loves to have their nails done with the dip powders. They are super active but still want pretty nails and these ladies do a fantastic job. My kiddo is always thrilled and the nails last just long enough for my paycheck to afford another set. It also helps the pocket book to bring cash for their discount program. Will certainly be going back.

The good: the nail tech was meticulous and did a great job. I love my manicure! I was also able to get in for a manicure the same day without an appointment.
The bad: even though I called ahead to find out when would be good to come in, I still waited about 15 minutes after arrival before being seen.
The ugly: the instruments used on the client before me were not sanitized before being used on me.
Unfortunately, I’ve witnessed unsanitary practices at 99% of the nail salons in Oregon (that I have been to) so I’m not willing to write them off just because of the ick factor. The ladies were nice, and they really did do a good job, so I will probably go back because of how convenient the location is.

Clean, quiet and nice staff. I was pleasantly surprised as this was the first time stopping by the salon. Loved my mani & pedi as well! Will definitely be coming back. So happy there's a good nail salon in the neighborhood!

I have been to a LOT of salons and this one is by far the best! My nails last forever and always look amazing. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and welcoming. I’ll never go anywhere else ??
