This place is absolutely terrible. They were very rude when I went back for their mistake. My nails came off after 3 days and when I went back to let them know she was very rude and refused to redo them. I have never had an experience when three of the nails came off after less than a week.

I first tried this place last year and really enjoyed it. I have gone back a few times and have had mixed experiences. The latest one wasn’t great. The lady didn’t give me the whole package that I chose. I got a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax. I wasn’t offered any scent which was meant to be included. I asked for eyebrows waxed and she didn’t even trim them which is pretty standard. I was told that my nails weren’t ready yet and to sit down. I was sitting for TWO minutes (literally, no exaggeration) and she told me I could go. I touched my nails and told her they were still wet and she said no they weren’t. I showed her my fingerprints in my nail polish I just paid for and she said “okay” and walked away. There was no fixing them, just demanding the payment before they were even dry. Despite the experience she was a pleasant person.

There is only 1 person that knows how to do the nails more gently. The rest of the people may be nice but get distracted, misuse the mechanical devices in an aggressive way. There have been times where I have been told to stop moving despite my pain when it genuinely hurts a lot. They often make mistakes. Every time I come here the nails are not really great, left with cuts on all my fingers so often because of that aggressiveness, and sometimes they get too distracted instead of focusing on the nails.

Got my nails done for Mother's Day. The lady was nice, took really good care of my feet. Loved my results of my mani and pedi. Will definitely be going back. My son went with me and he didn't get anything done but they let him sit next to me and he enjoyed himself. There was another couple that came in and their 5 year old got a pedicure. It was adorable.
Cleanliness: The place was well clean and sanitary.

I cannot fully express the disappointment I experienced at this nail spa. I did not get what I asked for, they did an uneven job on ALL of my nails, they cut my natural nails way back (I don't do acrylic), and the quality is just not there.
The lady began to cut round as she was ASKING what shape I wanted. I did not want round. So she had to cut back to do the right shape right off the bat. She left me with way shorter nails bc of that.
She didn't do a single straight nail. They are all crooked to some degree. How do you screw up 10 nails???
And these things are chipping off in large, noticeable areas.
Even my toes got messed up. The didn't scrape underneath my toenails! And she cut one toenail at an angle from the side. So now I have a freaking trapezoid shaped toenail!
At one point all the ladies who work there were having to talk to the one lady who did my nails to try and salvage my nails.
If you like frustration and disappointment, this is the spa for you.
Requested style: They failed at this.

Good pricing was $20 for a gel polish, they were nice my only concern was it wasn’t smooth but beside that’s it was good.

I don't get a 3 to 4 times a year. This place is by far my favorite. Great customer service, and they are willing to accommodate my last-minute walk-ins.

The lady's at this salon are amazing and wondeful. They do their jobs well and consistently. My husband and I enjoy going here ritually for pedicures once a month.

Had appointment for somewhere else but they didn't have any employees there ! So we came to famous nails and they took us right away. We will be coming back for there great customer service!

This is your typical rush job nail salon. Very aggressive work two people other than myself had to ask the staff to not be so rough and to clean up the work. No one talked to you just taped and push my feet around. To top it all off it was a 60dollars basic pedicure. I was looking for a place that was open on Sunday, I will not be back!

Omg I’ve been looking for a nail home who can supply good nail service and waxing… this place delivered!!!! My eyebrows are perfect. And it was not as expensive as other places!!!
