Thanks so much Michael and Hoa for doing such a great job on my and my daughter’s nails and toes. You both are so friendly and pay such good attention to detail. I enjoyed our conversation and laughs. The shop is so clean and they have the talent to make inspiration photos reality. We will for sure come back to visit next time we’re in Oregon.

A friend recommended this nail salon. They got me in right away, were very friendly, professional, and gave an amazing foot and leg massage. Very pleased with my experience!

I love the nail care given here. It's attentive and friendly, high quality. They do the best work that I've found in Gresham/East Portland. They are more expensive than other salons in the area, but it's worth it to me. I left my previous salon (I was there for years), because they weren't dedicated to me timewise- they were continually getting up to answer the phone, taking walk-ins and letting me sit there while they started on them. I felt they were taking advantage of my loyalty. You won't find that here-Michael, Hoa and everyone else treat me well. They're kind, caring, friendly. Hoa is very talented at specialty nails, nail art, etc. I just get dip. 😃 Very clean too!

Was able to call and get a same day appointment. I got a gel manicure that is still going strong 2.5 weeks later due to the amount of care that was put into properly prepping my nails and ensuring the polish wrapped the tips.

The customer service is always top notch. They treat each customer like family and they put a lot of heart and care into their work. It’s always clean, they do quality work while it’s fast and efficient, you are still treated individually. I love that they aren’t trying to squeeze every single person in, they make appointments and stick to them. It may mean that it’s harder to just walk in but that just forces you to plan ahead for the great service.

I got a gel manicure and a few weeks later called to make an appointment to have the gel manicure removed. when asked if i wanted to have another gel manicure i asked to have just a regular clear polish instead. Yet I was charged as much as a gel manicure and 1 week later when i removed the regular polish, i noticed that my nails still were covered with the old glue from the initial gel they did on my nails. They basically never removed the old gel properly and it really damaged my nails! Additionally, the woman who did my nails cut me on the sides because of how she used the nail file. Terrible place

I was there a few days ago. Was not shown a menu with prices at all. Got a pedi and a simple french gel polish mani. No filing of the nails (I had done that myself), no old polish to remove, just apply polish. 2 ladies working at the same time, done in under an hour. I was aghast when they told me what I owed. $50 for the polish application on my hands and $70 for the pedi!!!!!! This is the most I've ever paid ANYWHERE! The nails look nice, nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, I would say average.
