Incredible kindness was shown to us today by the entire staff! We had been to three local repair facilities that told us the headlight ballast was faulty on our 2014 Infiniti Qx80. Without going on and on..they looked at the ballast..saw that it was not connected correctly and took care of it right away! Thank you FIRESTONE!

Was Sunday at 230pm. Called for service, and they were booked up, BUT they still got me in at 430 for what i needed. So awesome! Firestone gained my business for sure, thanks to the Gresham shop Firestone gained a reliable customer. The guys at the shop were really friendly and professional. It was refreshing.

This place is great! I showed up at 3pm on a Sunday and asked to have some work done and the person behind the counter told me to pull in last bay and did the work himself!!! It was simple but still very appreciative of the effort!

I’ve been going to Firestone for well over 10 years because they do such a great job every time. The employees take their time and always try to find some kind of coupon or discount for me. Their prices are very reasonable, especially with the level of care they take with my vehicle. Recently, my oil change reminder wasn’t reset and my tires were low, so Manuel told me to come in and fixed everything for me within minutes and even gave me a tire gauge to check the tire pressure myself when he saw the one I was using was off. Their schedule was full and every bay was filled, but Manuel still made time to help me and was very nice. I will continue to give my business to Firestone for my current vehicle and any others I have in the future.

I’ve been going to Firestone for years, normally I don't have any problems however this time I went to the Gresham location and it was ridiculous. First off horrible customer service, the employee behind the desk was rude right off the bat when I dropped my keys off. Then they have my car all day and when I call to check up on it they say they don’t have the parts and haven’t started on it (which I scheduled a week out so the parts would be there) I get stuff happened so the parts didn’t show up but no one called to tell me the delay. From there they tell me the parts will be in tomorrow (Monday) Once again rude and short on the phone. I call today to check on my car and now they are saying they won’t get to it until Wednesday. I’m frustrated mostly because no one called me to relay information I had to call and ask for updates. Just horrible customer service the entire time.

I had the worst experience here. Both days I dropped my car off, I had an appointment at 8:30am and I wasn’t able to drive away until 7:30pm at night. In no world should these services take 11 hours to complete. The first trip was just to diagnose and it took all day to do. Unacceptable. I was having warranty work done and not only did the wrong parts come (and they didn’t verify before taking off my current parts), they tried to tell me I’d get a free alignment which was part of my warranty service anyway. They also rotated my tires when I DID NOT ask them to and they had already been rotated at Les Schwab a month before. So now this has resulted in another trip to Les Schwab to have them fix what Firestone did. DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE.
I will never return to Firestone. I’ve been a lifer at Les Schwab and the only reason I had to come here was because it was what was covered under my car warranty. They have no consideration for time or knowledge on how to explain what is going on. I repeat, do NOT take your car here. 0/10 customer service and you will be waiting well past when they tell you it will be done.
