We utilize their services since my husband was gonna be buried at Wilamette
national cemetery. We had no complaints. Joie was extremely professional and made sure he gave me great information on things to take care of in the future. The only problem we had was that Willamette national Not telling us where to go and not giving us enough time.

new management is completely disrespectful, zero empathy or compassion for the deceased or the family members who come to visit and pay their respects. He made it clear he has no concerns regarding his attitude and informed clients to "sue him then". Would not recommend.

We recently buried my grandfather’s ashes here and the staff was very polite and were very professional, even when it was 40 degrees out blowing with a wind chill. The grounds appeared to be well-maintained.

Don't burry anyone here. The grounds crew cares none for the sites numerous times have gone to visit and the site was covered in dirt and flowers left were thrown out of the way. Would not recommend using this place to lay your loved ones because they do not care once they have your money.

I wish I could give this cemetery zero stars. The condition of the grounds and the disrespect the staff shows to your loved ones is insane. They run over your stones with their tractors, lawn mowers and ATVs with no care what's so ever that you have flowers or things on the grave. They trash flowers even if they're in your paid for vase. If they burry someone near your loved one they ruin anything and everything near it and make a HUGE ugly mess that they just leave for you to deal with. They'll take things off of near by graves and instead of throwing things away will toss them over the cliff on the back of the property. We regret immensely burying our loved one here. Management has been told multiple times and seem to not care at all. Beware!! Its TERRIBLE and I would absolutely burying my loved one elsewhere.

It makes me sad that every time I go out to visit my grandson’s site in the baby area his grave marker is hard to find as it is almost entirely covered in grass. This time it was on Memorial Day weekend. Quite the opposite at another cemetery we have family sites at. Last year when we visited his site there was a tent set up and a woman who was asking for signatures on a petition. She was hoping to influence the company that had purchased the cemetery to do better care of the grounds, look like that failed.

Several of my family members are laid to rest here, going back to 1973. To me, this has always been a sacred and special place where I can somehow feel closer to loved ones lost... Except for recently, when dealing with a death in my family. It's a business, that belongs to a bigger business. The response I received when they forgot to have a headstone completed was all business. It was paid for years ago and it has been in storage, all we needed was the date of death (March) and installed. Called in June for an update to learn it had 'fell thru the crack' and they would see if it could be expedited. Today I call and was sternly told it will be another 4 weeks or so and there is nothing they can do to change that. They also had the wrong grave plot flagged for my relative. I knew it was not right, at least they called me on that and apologized.

Staff is rude. Promised us a free plaque. And then ten grand later asked for more money for the plaque. Now my dad is sitting in an un marked grave. Also he has only been there a few months and his grave is already completely sunken in. Plus when we were having the funeral a rat got into the hole they said they would remove it but then they left it there. They also almost completely dropped the cheap ass coffin when they were lowering him down.

Came to visit those who've passed on. Nice grounds, beautiful scenery. My only complaint was that the mausoleum was locked up at 11:30am when they have 1:00pm listed as closing time. I will try again before thus season passes; all spirits deserve remembrance.
