This is the worst pharmacy ever.originally I had my kids medications here and after struggling to have things in stock or ready when they are supposed to be, I loved them to Safeway. Now that I’m on medication I have been reminded again about the poor service.
They push using using the app that has glitches and issues.
One recent example is that my provider sent a request for a medicine to be refilled, after a week of “in progress” it stopped being filled.
I went in and showed them that in no longer days in progress and they said they had to order the medicine and to come back tomorrow.
The next day it said in progress all day so I tried to reach out via telephone, only to be put on hold and forgotten.
So I went into the pharmacy and they weren’t sure if it was in stock and had to double check before going ahead and filling it.

Spoke to the rudest employee on the phone. I called my other Fredmeyer pharmacy location and guess what? YOU GUYS requested the wrong prescription when calling to transfer it to your location. Maybe double check the quantity so you don’t negatively affect your customers. My insurance will only cover one refill every three months whether it’s a 30 day or 90 day so thank you for not only messing up my medication schedule but also making it so I have to pay out of pocket for the next two months.

I am diabetic and get my prescriptions through mail but they got held up 2 extra days so I had to come here to get a pack of hypodermics which is something I hate doing because of my severe social anxiety. I come to the pharmacy and an older big woman comes up I proceed to tell her what I needed and she got a real nasty attitude like i was a drug addict and im clearly not! Told me the size I have used my whole life didn't exist and all that was available were the smallest tiniest size needle that does not even break my skin while smirking at me because she thought it was funny. So I had to try using them was not able to use my insulin and had to go to the hospital to get some because you guys have some arrogant and unprofessional old lady working here. And if your seeing this I'll have you know I could definitely look down on you for working retail, being old, and making a fraction of the amount of money I make but I don't because that would make me a horrible person

I’ve been going here for years. A vast majority of the time they are quick and efficient. The pharmacists have always been courteous and helpful.

Get your needs while shopping! Sometimes, they need to get certain meds or equipment shipped in, and don't always inform you. And/Or, you can get stuck in a line. Besides that, great pharmacy to get your script filled.

Runaround regarding a prescription. Out of stock on a very common medicine and then no response from them from another pharmacy to transfer. Tried to call but no answer, drove there again with no resolution. They wouldn’t call the other pharmacy to resolve.
