They used to have cute clothes here but now it seems like everything is designed for Yellowstone's Laura Dutton... only on an acid trip. Even the grocery part of the store is less welcoming than it used to be. But the customer service counter is useful to so many people - you can send Western Union, cash in Bottle Drop, and more!

Seems like majority of the employees here just don’t like their jobs. I shop here all the time and am fed up of the rude cashiers and employees. I’ll drive out to Sandy instead they’re much more kind to customers

Come on Fred Meyer, you have to let thieves ruin the shopping experience for others. I almost went breaking bad wanting to rip the tweezers off the shelf hangers just so I don't have to wait an extra minute on someone coming to unlock the product I wanted.

Its hard to find things in there and when I ask someone where something is they people who work there don't know either. No one can help with their stupid app that frustrates me. I'm just not a real Fred Meyer fan in general really. I like the app and rewards at Safeway better. Fred Meyers deli meats aren't as good and they are more expensive and their fresh baked French bread I don't think is as good as Safeway either. It wasn't a bad experience.

Kindly helpful especially when you ask for a location of a product. I use a mobility walker and employees help me locate an electric scooter. And they sre always very busy and yet provide friendly assistance and service..

Don't bother calling. Ustomer service for any help! All they will do is hang up on you.If you call back to question why you got hung up on. They hang up mid sentence.All I wanted was to know if they had cinnamon baking chips in store or not. And due to my visual impairment I couldn't even see it if I went in. Hence the purpose of my call.

I had purchased a gift card from Fred Meyer, apparently there was an issue scanning it and it didn’t load the 50 I put on it, asked for a manager, they sent JARED.He told me he couldn’t help me and that I had to call the Fred Meyer gift card line, I asked for the number, he said he didn’t have it and that I’d have to go online,I said I had a dying phone and wanted the number from him so I didn’t have to kill my phone, he said it wasn’t his problem. I told him I wasn’t leaving till he gave me the number. We were standing by customer service desk.He argued with me for 20 mins, that he had it in “his office” and that it would take too long to retrieve it. I told him I wasn’t leaving till he gave it to me,This mf walked behind me, behind the customer service desk, pulled out a binder and lo and behold had the number . We argued for 20 mins because he didn’t wanna go behind a counter and give me a number. Now I lost 50 dollars. Never got it refunded after I called said number.Also the next day, I went to buy groceries, JARED came up next to me, arm to arm, speaking to my cashier, he saw me and tried to get a rise out of me by touching my arm.Haven’t been back since.His beard also reeked of garbage, that’s how close he was to my face.Hire people who shower at least, if you can’t hire people who help.

This is seriously what they delivered to me via instacart. Every week the produce is moldy. Garlic moldy, limes last week moldy.

More expensive and very unorganized compared to the stores near it. I stopped shopping there forever when an armed security guard demanded to see my receipt before leaving. If you wanna drive away customers that’s definitely one way to do it

Not really crazy about having armed security guards at the door now and having to show proof of purchase. I guess I understand why it's being done, but it doesn't make me feel any more safe and it's a hassle to have to wait in line to leave.

Coupons didn't come off so a trip to customer service was needed. $ 16.05 back in my pocket. Also disappointed in the candy section. Lots of empty spaces and no snickers crunchy for weeks.
