We were very excited buying an Ashlee living room set from Carl. He guaranteed the lowest price. We ended up finding it $100 cheaper plus 10% off. When I went in to ask about adjusting the price, Carl was not there but the other employees just argued with me about it so I left. It made what should have been a good experience, not as good. It was too late for us to cancel the delivery and so we paid more for it than we needed to. It kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. I wish they would have actually honored that cheaper price.

I wrote a negative review several months back and I can’t find it to remove it but I want to say that Carl went above and beyond to make sure I received a new coach at no extra cost. I recently returned and purchased a love seat and when the delivery guys showed up they couldn’t fit it through my living room. Carl allowed me to come in and pick a different love seat and didn’t charge me a delivery fee. Thank you Carl!

My husband and I came here to look for a couch and a 2 beds, a califonia king and a queen. They have a good selection of couches and beds. We found a California king bed we liked and purchased. The man that helped us, I believe, was Carl he was nice and helpful. I would take a look at this place when looking for new furniture.

Walking in I was immediately greeted and was asked what I was in for and one of the guys ( can’t remember his name ) walked me thru the place and helped me figure out what I want when it’s time to buy a bedroom set . I didn’t feel pressured into buying and will definitely be back to buy thank you guys !

All I know is ask for Carl! Awesome experience with amazing customer service. Went in and found exactly what were were looking for plus a dinning room table. I'm in sales myself and appreciate Carl and his laid back style. He was very informative and helped us pick the perfect set. High quality furniture and great prices. Delivery company was on time and very professional as well. I highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

My experience was great. I’ve been looking for a mattress and so when I happened to be in the area and saw this store, I went to check out what they had in stock. I ended up purchasing a lady Americana mattress. It’s been almost a month and I’m very satisfied. Anything is better than the mattress I had before but this one is really comfortable!

There are not enough expletives in the English dictionary to describe my experience. I bought a chair, a bed and a reclining love seat from this place. The chair is fine (so far) the love seat broke after less than a month, they sent someone from another place in Vancouver to repair it. The guy came out and replaced the part that makes the recliner recline and a few weeks later the same thing happened again and I was told I’d have to wait over a month for it to be repaired so I called the store and asked for a refund.I was told I could have a store credit which I’m not thrilled about because I don’t trust the next loveseat to be of high quality but it was my only option. They were supposed to contact me last night with an ETA for today. They never did contact me so I called for an ETA because I had an appointment at 11AM. A few minutes later I received a text that they were on their way 15 minutes out. Had they shown up on time I would have just made it on time to my appointment, but nope they didn’t show up so I had to cancel my appointment. I decided to call Michaels discount furniture which is where the delivery comes from. They said the driver would arrive by 12:30PM. So I cancelled my appointment for nothing.I am livid because not only is the furniture junk but the customer service is terrible. I honestly have nothing nice to say about this place. In addition to all of this chaos, the bed was not put together correctly when they delivered it so the headboard hits the wall every time that I move.If they aren’t here by 12:30 I’m calling the highest ranking person I can find and demanding a refund. I mean I don’t think it’s too much to ask of them to put the furniture together correctly and to communicate with the customer.Moral of the story, you get what you pay for. Cheap doesn’t mean good customer service or a good product.

Bought my first bed here! It's like any other furniture store but here are a few things that sets them apart1. They aren't pushy. Most other stores like this associates HOUND you. These ones are kind, check in on you occasionally, and don't bother you to an extent that's annoying.2. It smells AMAZING in there. Seriously magical3. They don't seem to have sketchy practices. No "going out of buisness" hustles or anything like that. They sell furniture... that's it. No gimmicks!
