Terrible don’t recommend. Came in to get my alignment checked even though my car drove in a straight line, and after 20min they said they did some adjustments and charged $100. And after driving 10miles I had to come back because they made it worse, car started turning left and steering wheel wasn’t straight after their “adjustment”. And I asked for a partial refund and they said no. Won’t ever come back. Don’t recommend alignment here. Got scammed.

They advertise false prices. When you get there the white big guy that never gives the name its super mean. He does faces when you talk. Customer service horrible. Prices are a lie. Dont waste your time stopping by because they are not what you are expecting.

Horrible customer service. I called to make an apt for a 4 wheel alignment. Online it says $50 all makes and models. I show up he says $95 I show him the online picture and he kinds his head no sorry I can’t do that. Then I point at his window which clearly says $69 he says no only for Honda civic. I said o. Says all makes and models and my car is a 4door small sedan just like a civi. Then he told me to leave. Tehcnician is not here. I can’t do nothing. He’s a liar. He wanted to overcharge me. Bad customer service wouldn’t even give me his name or managers name or the technician who supposedly wasn’t there when I had an apt. Rude old guy.

When our tire went flat, I immediately started calling around to every tire shop nearby. No one could help until Monday. I called Gateway and the gentleman was able to help us immediately. He was friendly, thorough, honest, and fast. It was a refreshing change from your usual repair shop experience.

This shop have a bad customer service and charge 40 dollars for flat repairs. What kind of crap was that where other shops charge for less then 20 dollars. I give this shop a nothing but bullshit.

Great service! I've had them do a few alignments and and purchased a few sets of tires! Always a great experience! The guys even let me know I was due for breaks in the rear the last time. Great shop if you're looking for a good deal! I will be returning a recommending to others!

I had them do the wheel alignment and replace the tires, but right after I left, the steering wheel was still crooked, and the car pulled to the right. I decided not to deal with them again and never to return. At another service shop, they did the alignment properly and showed me that one of the wheels didn't have the weights, the ones they had replaced here. I ended up paying twice for the same service. It's really frustrating.
