I was there needing help with an estimate now when I first walked in idk if the guy at the front desk was having a bad day or what but he just seem rude how you may as first?! Well when I walked in I said hello no response rude! I asked to speak with the lady was doing my estimate he just came off with this snotty attitude. When I did meet up with the lady she was very nice fast and to the point. As I was leaving my car shuts off and me thinking it was the battery I thought I could get a jump and be on my way well when I asked the guy at the front desk again he comes off with this snotty attitude but then comes off like they couldn't give me a jump at first. When he did get a guy to come out the guy working on my car is working so fast he now hits his head on my hood and claimed because I didn't have a stick to hold up the hood it was now my cars fault for the hood fallimg on his head, let me remind you before he started working all fast the hood of my car was standing up by itself the whole time. Now seeing that the first guys couldn't figure out my car another guy name Russ helped and when I say Russ is the best I mean just that. He so knowledgeable and careful with his customers. Russ keep doing your thing! I appreciate you a lot. There are still good people left.

Even though my car was eventually deemed a total loss, these people were absolutely amazing. They're not normal shop owners who only care about the bottom dollar, they're kind, caring people who want what's best for their customers. I spent a while fighting back tears with the guy at the shop today looking at my car for the last time just sharing stories while unloading my last items out of my car and he was such a great guy. So are the people in the office. I knew I had a good shop when I called and the first concern from the guy in the office was my wellbeing. Thank you Gerber staff, if I ever need anything for my future cars, I'm calling you.Service: Body & Trim

I had a highly disappointing experience with Gerber Collision and would not recommend their services. Despite being "recommended" by insurance, I had terrible experience because of poor customer service and delayed repairs. The initial quote they provided was extended by over a week, and I had to actively inquire about the status of my car as they failed to provide sufficient updates.To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick up my car at 4:30, well within their closing time at 5:00, they had already locked their doors, claiming they "weren't expecting anyone." This forced me to take off work early and sit through traffic just to be told they couldn't give me my car because they had sent their staff home.Even though my company had waived my deductible and paid Gerber Collision, they still insisted that I owed the deductible. When I questioned this discrepancy, showing him the receipt, the front desk employee, Phillip, who wears glasses, claimed he saw the money my company paid him FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE but wasn't sure it was for the deductible, causing me even more stress and wasting additional time.My experience with Gerber Collision was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After finally picking up my vehicle, I was pissed to find scratches on the parts they had replaced. This simply doesn't make any sense and shows a lack of attention to detail and quality control.Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I urge others to read the Yelp reviews, which seem to provide a more accurate representation of this business. Given my personal experience, I cannot recommend taking your business to Gerber Collision.

Because negative stars aren't an option..this company will attempt to overcharge you a thousand plus dollars then call law enforcement when you're less than thrilled at their attempt at ripping you off..meanwhile you've waited months to receive you're still jacked automobile back.if you're into third world dentistry try this place..

Every time I drop off a vehicle the guy behind the desk in the front office has a very poor attitude and most recently called me a liar I would not recommend, I would highly suggest taking your business to Leif’s or classic collision which is 3 buildings down from Gerber

Very friendly, informative, pleasant to deal with .My car was repaired fast and to high quality. No imperfections at all in my black bumper! Very good quality parts ! Very satisfied with the quality workmanship! My car was clean no shop residue/ dust ! They took great care for cleanliness. They have a great team at the Gresham Location! Will definitely work with them again! Gerber Thank-you for everything well done!

The appraiser was amazing! She was quick and thorough, and gave me invaluable advice. She told me not to take the insurance company's first offer and to give them comps for my totaled car. They revised the offer significantly and I got much more money thanks to the appraiser's advice. Additionally, she told me to ask for them to replace my car seat, and they did! Without this information, I would've lost lots of easy money for my totaled car. I am so grateful for Gerber for going above and beyond and for having my back!

We took our truck to Gerber Collision to repair a 6-7" dent in the hood. The front office guy and our estimator (Sally) were terrific. Even though they had the vehicle for about 10 days, it was well worth the wait. They did an excellent job. The truck was washed and even the interior was cleaned, too. I wish we'd found Gerber a year ago when my Subaru was side-swiped. We highly recommend Gerber Collision.Services: Painting

Got set up thru geico to have the rear of an SUV repaired that I was rear ended in. The service was great and the work looks great too. They had my car for a couple weeks waiting for parts so the work took a little longer than I expected but other than that everything was great!
