do NOT go to this location. my boyfriend went in for a trim and when he came out it was so unbelievably short and choppy. he likes to have it short on the sides and longer in the front, but when he came out it was so short i wouldnt even consider it bangs. it is so so so choppy in the front and i do not understand how they let him get out of chair without seeing a problem with it. he also said the person that cut his hair was incredibly aggressive moving his head around and didnt really listen when he was trying to explain what he wanted, she would just laugh and nod and continued on doing whatever she was doing. i am going to try to fix it for him myself now but he will have literally no hair in the front after i even it out, and thats if we dont end up having to shave it. EXTREMELY unhappy with the outcome and it seems they can never get it right here. even more so frustrating because we have a wedding we are attending in a few days that we are apart of and his hair looks horrendous.

Don't usually go to chain barbershops but needed a quick haircut in the evening. I felt bad as I got there shortly before closing time and the employees didn't act like it was a big deal. Friendly and got me right into the chair. Gave a good haircut and beard trim. I appreciate that they are open late.

I love getting my haircut by Deb! She can thin out my thick heavy hair like nobody! Truly an expert! I moved to central Oregon and have tried to find a new hairstylist, but I’m always disappointed. Worth the drive!

I have been here before and got a great haircut so I decided to go back. My hair is so uneven and choppy, I am searching for someone to fix it as I write this. All the lady could say was I'm sorry. It's so short now, im not sure what anyone will be able to do. I guess I could have a barber give me a man's buzz cut. So bummed!

When I came in the energy was really off. While I show a picture of the hair cut I wanted the lady says and I quote, “that’s a barbers haircut, I’m not a barber so I guess I’ll try my best”. And as I’m getting my hair cut she asks questions like, “was the place you got hair cut last closed” and “were they doing a bad job”, insinuating she wanted to ask why I didn’t go to the place I usually do. She also had a very passive aggressive tone.

Deb always does a great job on my hair, but you need to bring back the $2.00 off coupon for #specially Seniors that are on Low Income. $21.00 is Way too much for us.

If the older lady tries to cut your hair, it’s in your best interest to wait for another stylist to be free.
I’m very grateful I wear my hair short and will only have to wait 3 months to not look like a boy whose mother hacked his hair off in the kitchen with kids scissors. I could tell she was doing a horrendous job, but she had already taken a clipper far too high on my hairline for anything to be done.
I’m heading to Canada for a ski trip with my boyfriend, and I’ll have to take a day to fix this mess she hacked onto my head.
I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed by a haircut in my life. I truly regret walking into this establishment and letting her cut my hair.
P.S. She even managed to nick me with the clipper.

Love how it’s advertised everywhere to make an appointment online before but then when you get there they cancel the appointment because they clicked the wrong button and then tells you sorry I didn’t mean to cancel the appointment but it will be a 40 minute wait because they got other people waiting. Not like I’ve scheduled 30 minutes before and waited for 20+ minutes at the store

I've been to this great clips a few times. My stylist that helped me on my most recent visit was super kind! I was kinda down in the dumps that day and she really helped turn my mood around. I believe her name was Diane or Dianna? The stylist also did a really good job? They always do a good job but sometimes it's not exactly what I want, the stylist NAILED it this time though! Will be back!

I went in for a simple style change and trim. All I wanted were waterfall bangs and long layers. I showed the stylist a picture and she said she understood. I walked out with uneven layers and butchered bangs that were far too short to be close to a waterfall style. The ends of my hair are uneven and look ridiculous. I wish she had just said that she didn't understand the cut I was looking for. I wouldn't have gotten my hair cut at all. I have to go get this fixed now.
