Please save your money and do not come to this Great Clips location. I have very bad social anxiety and these women made it so much worse. I was “greeted” by a very annoyed lady at the front counter. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I’m not aware of her name but she was East Asian. I was even contemplating leaving purely based on her attitude.In the back, the stylist named Diane/Diana was yelling at the receptionist for interrupting her YouTube after she told her I was there… Diane/Diana hardly greeted me and was very rude. At one point I asked her to even out the sides and she straight up denied the fact that they were uneven. After that I asked her to cut the ends a little shorter like the picture. Well she annoyingly wet my hair ALL OVER AGAIN. There was no need. She aggressively and forcefully brushed my hair with so much intensity that my head was literally moving from side to side. My scalp felt sore due to the hairbrush.Due to my anxiety I didn’t confront her or say anything. Please do not make the mistake of coming here. This is a poorly run shop with crazy staff.

I liked the actual place but I should’ve k own better when they were no pics of hair cuts or styles. My haircut is terrible! It’s not the same on both sides. Today I have to go to a different salon to hopefully repair as much of the damage as possible. Great Clips, I realize, is probably more geared for barbering men.

Checked in online and arrived 25min prior to closing and the open sign still on and was greeted by locked doors and them being unwilling to open the doors for the haircut. I have used great clips for years, and will continue to do so, but not at this location.

The ladies at Hogan Plaza always, and I do mean every time, give me the haircut I ask for. They don't try to embellish or change what I like and they listen when I explain problem areas. I could never ask for better service or friendlier hairdressers. Thanks, ladies.Service: Haircut

The team member that cut my hair was very efficient and quick. No complaints. Standard economic haircut. *Seemed understaffed at the time but I know everyone is struggling to find employees. Suggest checking in online.
