I go to Great Clips for a haircut and beard trim, when needed.. Most of the time, Dani is there and I have her do my haircut and trim. If she isn't there, Toni does my hair. If neither one of them is there, I come back another day.
Between Dani and Toni, I ALWAYS get a superb haircut and trim, and I often get comments about the job they did.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you let them do your hair, yo7 will have a very pleasant experience and leave looking very good.

I would go to barburs but they have such a big turn over so I tried great clips and it was wonderful. When I walked in the girl was very welcoming. And friendly. I must say that that is where I will be going from now on.

It was a short wait. Toni was very nice and did a great job on my hairstyle. I will be back to see her again!
Requested style: Short cut with layers. It will be easy to take care of.

Requested style: Requested a cut from a photo. No shampoo or styling unless you request it. Turned out fine. Looked better after I went home and washed and styled it. Had to trim a few stray hairs that got missed.

I had a really bad haircut at the Wood Village Great Clips and didn't want that person touching my hair to try and fix it. I went to the Highland location to Toni. She was very understanding and compassionate to my experience I had just experienced. She fixed what was done wrong at the other location. She is wonderful!! Thank you Toni!

Yesterday May 19th I took my 8-year-old son and myself to get a haircut here, we did not wait and were helped right away. The two employees at the beginning were nice, but as soon as they dove into the cuts the one helping me was very nervous and to me looked like she did not know what she was doing. Our cuts ended up looking like military haircuts and not what we requested. The lady helping my son ended up nicking his ear and left a pretty bad cut, for what I remember now both ladies just joked about it but did not apologize or offered a free cut, my wife had to ask for disinfectant since the lady just froze, there was a lot of blood. My cut ended up so uneven and just merely bad. My wife had to ask if the haircut would be left like that, then the other lady stepped in and tried to correct her coworker’s horrible job. I left the place feeling awful and worried for my son. I can take a bad haircut or an accident like that from someone who’s learning and it’s doing it for free, but I was charged $42! I believe I should not have paid for such a poor job; my wife is scheduling an appointment with my son’s doctor to make sure he’s going to be okay. I will never be back to that location! Go there if you want a horrible cut and experience!

I had a beautiful soul cut my very long and shaggy, overdue mop and she perfected it. Faded it and made me look younger. ?Had a great conversation and she suggested helpful product. I’ve had a hard time finding a hair stylist I enjoy and trust and I think I found my spot! 10/10 recommend.

I went there for a haircut. The stylist put on me a dirty and cold hair cutting gown full of hair, and the chair was full of hair. I informed her that the gown and the chair were dirty and to get me a cleaner one, but she said unfortunately we don't have a clean one."I received the worest hair cut and service. I am regereted by going there and I will not go and I will not recommend this person for anyone.

I went to get a haircut earlier today. My 14 year old also got in for a haircut. The woman doing her layers ignored what I told her and asked my daughter how she wanted it done. As she continued to follow what my daughter said, instead of what I had asked her, she cut her hair too short. My daughter left upset, and all the lady replied was, " I asked you if that's how you wanted it," to my 14 year old daughter.The other lady doing my hair also did not do it right. My haircut was straight across, 3 inches off haircut. I didn't care about my hair so much because it's long, and not up on my face, but my daughter's was the opposite.I know hair grows, and eventually, we can get it done correctly, but I paid for a horrible service.

I was there a little over a week ago. I didn't call the manager or left a review before because every time I thought about my experience I either cried or got extremely upset. I've been coming in to this location for a couple of years and haven't had a problem. I get a really simple cut. A #2 razor shave on bottom half of my hair. I make it real easy for everyone I put all my hair up in a bun so all that's left to do is to use those clippers. I don't remember the name of this new gal but she had green hair. Usually after they finished with the clippers they show me how it looks with the mirror, but this girl walks away, then returned and said "I have to fix something" as she starts to remove my bun, I didn't understand at first why she was trying to remove it, so when I was going to ask her I see a chunk of my hair fall out. As I looked back I asked her in disbelief "is that my hair?!" she actually stepped over it trying to cover it and said no!! I touch my head and even more hair came out. As I was looking in the mirror she swept the floor so fast I never seen anyone do that before, when I turned around and I asked her where my hair went she said she didn't know what I was talking about. After minutes of shock and anger all she said was "it will grow back" no sorry, no apologies, and I'm here with 2 inches of missing hair into my scalp. 12 years ago I lost all my hair due to medical treatment, took me months to have thick hair again, saying something like "it will grow again" it not only unprofessional but insensitive, our hair is part of our identity. I hope she gets those clippers taken away, she is a menace!
