Hands down the BEST auto body company EVER. You don't go to a place like this expecting them to be on your side. Charity and her Team are absolutely about the customer and getting the customer safely back on the road.
Charity goes through every option there is and will let you know what those options will mean for your vehicle. They go out of their way to give you the best options that won't cost you a lot of money.
She looked at my car and let me know what could be done and got it down. I will never ever forget her kindness and help. I 100% recommend them to anyone that's looking for honest assistance with your vehicle. 💜

Gresham Autobody Pros is absolutely amazing! From the kind lady who answered my call to the nice gentleman who came out to help, everyone was so courteous and professional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Charity at Gresham Autobody Pros is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her customers, communication is great. I’m very happy with my blue Jeep left rear painted door repair. Her willingness to always answer any questions I have is why I go back there. She did her best to match my after market pinstripes and it came out great it’s a perfect match. I’m happy to take my car there when it needs body paint repairs. Thanks Charity and Gresham Autobody Pros for taking good care of my Jeep. Hope you have many more happy customers. P.S. I’m probably one of her most picky customers lol.

Alex did perfect at replacing the grill on my Nissan. Very friendly staff. Charity was very helpful with the whole process of ordering the part. Highly recommended. Great place to get auto body work done, and there's a really nice café across the street to stay at while you wait.

They do good work at a good price, with a quick turn around. The lower portion of the bumper that is touching the exhaust tip is the newly painted piece. They didn’t blend the paint, I brought them the new replacement part as well as the old piece to help paint match. Near perfection is impossible without blending the paint, good job for being non blended.

This shop is amazing! Charity helped me from start to finish with getting my car repaired. She handled all things when it came to my insurance she really made sure me and my car were taken care of. I was updated on the full repair process frequently and my car looks great, they even cleaned the inside of my car. This is a great shop with caring people thank you !!

I was just reading through reviews and I will continue the ringing endorsement for this shop and for the real MVP Charity!! Whatever they’re paying her, she deserves a raise!😅 3 months ago I was in my very first accident at 42, I got rear ended. I was at a complete loss on how to deal with insurance companies, where to take my car and how to figure out a rental. Thank goodness for reviews because this shop is about 5 minutes from my house so I decided to try it out. And sure enough, an angel from above (Charity) saw my absolute bewilderment and took care of business! She explained the next steps for insurance coverage through the at fault party, took all the info I had, and spent 2.5 months making calls/sending emails and getting answers on my behalf. She was unfailingly patient and since my car was drivable, we just waited them out. Once the at fault parties insurance accepted the claim and sent payment, she’s still handled everything, short of me needing to deposit the check. She handled my rental car, communicated entirely with Enterprise, and had it there at the shop within minutes of my arrival. I had my car back within a week (a few extra things were found once the bumpers came off so more parts had to be ordered) and I’m back in my car today. It looks like new and they even managed to get a stain off the upholstery from an unfortunate protein drink spillage. I can’t recommend them highly enough and a huge shout out to Charity for making a stressful few months a lot better!
