Ryan and his team have taken care of my F150 Raptor for the past 6 (almost 7) years. They've gone above and beyond over the course of its service history, especially since the truck is used hard off-road as it was designed to do, but meticulously maintained before and after. His staff has caught issues I wasn't aware of, but have been receptive and trusting when I bring it to them with "customer states this makes a weird noise!"
Living in Central Oregon limits how soon I can get a truck in locally for service, and the quality of work, so driving 3 hours one way is well worth it knowing my truck is in the hands of staff who do fantastic work, and are willing to accommodate my schedule. Ryan and all the staff at Gresham Ford go the extra mile to make sure that the experience of servicing a vehicle is equal to how good the experience of BUYING a vehicle is at their dealership.

I stopped in and while there my battery died. Due to operator stupidity(me). They quickly jumped my battery and got me running again.( With no judgements) they are completely professional and very quick to help. I wouldn’t ever question using them to help with any vehicle issues

Did not work out for me -- the issue with my truck wasn't diagnosed and was just given back to me without a fix (2 weeks later). No extra info, no communication, nothing (except for a $150 charge for absolutely nothing). The place is a mess -- I don't totally blame the employees, it looks like they are overworked (and probably underpaid). Until the owners/management decide to commit to properly staffing/outfitting the place, I suggest you get your service done elsewhere.

Called 3 times for an update on our service, no callbacks. Not a very customer oriented service department. Ms. Collins doesn't seem to enjoy her work. Sorry folks, you could do better.

Gresham Ford recently performed work on my F150. Cher and Keith were very nice, explained what was done, and made me feel very comfortable. I've purchased multiple vehicles from Gresham Ford over the years, think highly of the owners, and will keep coming back!
