Best car buying experience ever! I worked with David Morris at Gresham Subaru. From our initial phone call and then throughout the experience and there after he was most professional and courteous of my goals and needs. David not only helped get me what I wanted but made me feel empowered the whole time. The finance crew was great to work with as well. Shawn set me up with my preferred lender, and got me exactly what I needed for my finance package and trade in offer.

We had a great experience at Gresham Subaru. It took 4.5 hours to go through everything but car buying often does.
First, our salespeople; David M. and Eden spent time with us during our car purchasing experience. On our first visit to the dealership, David did a great job teaching us about the car's attributes and functions and spent time with us during our test drive. He was professional, assertive but not pushy and the reason we came back to Gresham Subaru later to purchase our car after shopping at other dealerships.
Because David was busy with another customer when we went back to buy the car, we worked with a new salesperson named Eden. She was also very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to especially for only working there for a short time. We enjoyed our time with her too. I know, enjoyed the car buying experience? Yep, we did.
Which brings me to James, the Costco price manager at the dealership. James was a warm and friendly, professional, kind of guy who made us feel like we had been friends for years. He was business through and through but made no assumptions and let us deliberate our price as long as we wanted.
Aiden, one of the finance gents we closed the deal with was also professional in the part that he played. He did try to upsell us on the extended warranty (his job of course) but we declined. I mean, we're getting a Subaru, right?
The dealership was super busy the day we went in so waiting for paperwork to go through made our wait time longer but the whole experience was seamless and we love our new car.
I would definitely recommend Gresham Subaru if your in the market for a new or new to you car.

Great VIP service from Raymond. He went above and beyond to make my purchase seemless. We all dread the hours of waiting and paperwork, even the haggling. Raymond and the team was very sensitive with my time and offered me a fair trade-in value. No hidden motives and honest straightforward communication. Definitely recommend.

David in the sales department was so easy to work with. Not pushy, didn’t talk much on the test drive as he knew I was listening for any weird sounds. He went above and beyond what I was expecting from this experience.

I had a really great experience at Gresham Subaru during a big life transition, and this was my first time buying a car on my own. I was nervous going in, but Asher was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish.
I was worried about being taken advantage of, but the entire team truly listened to me, respected my budget, and worked with me to get as close as possible to what I was comfortable with. My friend who came with me even said she’d consider coming back herself.
Everyone was professional, friendly, and supportive — they even showed me how to write a check correctly for the first time lol Highly recommend!

I had an AMAZING shopping experience at Gresham Subaru! Ross was awesome. He was personable, friendly, patient and very knowledgable about the car I was considering. The only frustration and issue I had with the process was that there was a rate of 1.9% for 72 months advertised. I requested a quote and received one, however they neglected to tell me that there was a minimum credit score required to get that rate.

We had a very good car buying experience here, especially as people that don’t purchase cars often. Fabian didn’t make us feel rushed as we checked out everything multiple times to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted. James was helpful in getting us the logistics worked out. And Leo somehow made things entertaining while we were signing a ton of paperwork. Watch out for super lowball offers on your trade ins (paid us $100, and now they’re listing it for $9k+). Overall, a tolerable purchasing experience for us.

Gilbert was quick and efficient with getting us set up in our new car. We had our toddler with us so our goal was to be in and out as quick as possible. He made it happen and their finance team helped us get the car to our goal numbers. Will be recommending to all our family and friends!

Had a wonderful experience here. The car we came in to look at was unavailable so the team found something similar that met our needs and our sales person Gilbert was excellent--he did not pressure us, he answered all our questions with frankness and transparency, and he made us (including our kids) feel welcome. We would absolutely buy here again and are so pleased with our new vehicle!

Lorenzo @ Gresham Subaru was great! The only thing I would say is a minor issue, the detailing was either done poorly or in a rush. We found multiple areas of the vehicle untouched or needed either wiped down or vacuumed. Other than that the experience was exceptional.
