I brought a favorite pair of pants into the shop to see if it was reasonable to have a new zipper put on them. I was not ready to quit on my Kuiu's!! Lisa was great, letting me know immediately the price and timing. Perfect! They were ready when she said they would be, and it was a great experience. She was fun to interact with, and I totally recommend her!

Lisa is fantastic!!! I needed a pair of pants hemmed for a presentation the next day and boy did Lisa deliver!! I had dropped them off and picked them up all within 1 hour!!!

Ive gone in on three different occasions to get something hemmed and the owner has been curt and rude each time. I understand business is good and she has no time for rush orders but her delivery is extremely condescending. I didn’t need a rush order today. I’m assuming there aren’t a lot of people that do this work in the Gresham area and she gets away with it. I won’t go back. She’s clearly overwhelmed.Service: Custom tailoring
