Got me in right away to fix a flat tire. I was in and out in less than 20 mins.
Watched interactions with other customers and all were positive. Always offered solutions, never excuses.

My check engine light went on as I pulled out of my driveway for a thousand mile road trip, and as a result I found rodent damage to some wires. The lovely people at Auto Firm said they couldn't work on it until the next day, but agreed to take a quick look at it and see if they could tell if it was going to be an easy fix so we could start out trip late, or if it was going to be a big deal and we should cancel. They didn't have to do that and I consider it a kindness that they agreed to when I asked. By pure luck the damage was minor enough that they were able to fix it same day after all, which I was in no way expecting, and we were able to start our trip only four hours late. They saved our whole trip, which we had been looking forward to for several very difficult months. They treated me with empathy and humor I really appreciated in a moment when I was flustered and expecting disappointment. They did excellent work; the car ran perfectly for the whole trip, and their pricing was more than reasonable. This is definitely going to be where we do any car related business in the future.

Much thanks to Scott and da ohana at Auto Firm NW. Awesome bunch of guys. Great customer service, really knowledgeable mechanics and staff. I got a 7in lift kit installed 35in tires with power running boards the works, and I could not be more happier. My dream truck was brought to life all thanks to Auto Firm. Great service, Great price and service with ALOHA. Mahalos to Scott and da auto firm ohana for making a dream come true. This will be my forever mechanic shop. ALOHAZ

My Model 3 Tesla has some clicking noise in the front suspension, so I called Auto Firm NW. They were able to put me in for the next day appointment on Thanksgiving week. Scott rode with me in the car to hear the noise. The car was put on the rack for inspection for a good 30 minutes. They finally found a few bolts that were loose, tied them up, the noise was gone, and all that work was done for free. I was sitting in the office the entire time and was amazed by how they run the shop with transparency, speed, and efficiency. This will be the auto shop that I will come back to.

Found this shop years ago when I had a major problem with one of my vehicles. I have been bringing all three of my vehicles in since then. From minor to major issues. Fixes that are quick and some that require a little more time, this is the place to go. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond to get my vehicles back on the road. They are amazing at working with my schedule for drop off and pick up. I can't stress enough how professional, knowledgeable and friendly everyone is. Auto Firm NW is absolutely the best shop around (five stars is where they start).They treat people more like a friend than a customer. I highly recommend this team of very qualified individuals for all your vehicle maintenance and repair. As long as they are around, this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles.

I can’t say how great these guys are. I have come in with anything from standard repairs/maintenance to oddball needs on a nearly 40 year old aftermarket converted camper van that no one else would even quote. They get it done. Auto firm has always been upfront and communicative during work and I won’t go to anyone else in the Portland/Gresham area.

I called for cv axle quote. I live a bit far. She said they don’t give quotes over the phone. She said I make appointment for u. I need to email them. I said whats your email? She said it’s the name of the business@ Gmail.com. I wish they would have gave me a quote around that estimate over the phone.I called other place they gave me one for my old car.

I don't have a service experience to share, but I wish to thank the great people that work at this shop.
I was on my way to DEQ to get my car tested. When I got very close to DEQ my upper radiator hose burst and I was losing fluid and starting to heat up. Fortunately I was close enough to hobble to their parking lot. Not wanting to run my car any longer than I needed to I just pulled into their back lot and parked in front of one of their cars that was there for repair. I went in and explained my circumstance to what I believe was the owner (I am embarrassed to say I did not get anyone's name) and asked him if he might have the hose I need. I told him I could fix it myself and get my car off his lot. He immediately called one of his vendors and found the part and then handed his phone to me to directly pay for it. (Stand up dude comment number one, instead of making $$ off me he just had me purchase it) I had to wait over an hour for the part to be delivered and they made no fuss about the fact I was blocking a spot in their service area. My hose came and I put it on and then not wanting to be that guy I offered to pay them an hour of their time for their resources and expertise because to me this has value....and...I was going to need some water for my radiator and needed their shop to get it for me :) They refused to charge me (Stand up dudes and dudette comment number 2, once again just simply doing the right thing. Don't see that much anymore.)
This is enough for me that the next time I am in need of repair, I will happily give these guys a try. Thank you all again for your courtesy and help!

If you’re looking for an honest and skilled mechanic, Auto Firm NW is the place to go! Honestly, if I could rate them higher than five stars, I absolutely would. The owner truly cares about every single customer that walks through his door and is honest right off the bat. We were really hesitant in trying out Auto Firm because we go to a family mechanic but our mechanic couldn’t get us in soon enough so we took a risk on Auto Firm and I’m very glad that we did. Scott made us forever customers!

My wife brought my 2019 Honda Civic in for a DEQ related issue yesterday. The owner checked the car out right away and was able to replace the fuse right on the spot (no charge!). which allowed my wife to take the car back to DEQ and if passed. This was our first time here at Auto Firm NW and won’t be our last as they will be our new mechanic moving forward.
