Was in the middle of a YouTube guided repair and needed thermal paste to finish. Was willing to buy a tube but needed it same day b/c I wanted to finish the repair that day. Stopped by to see if I could purchase the paste, was told they didn't sell it but asked how much I needed. The guy helped me out with the tiny amount I needed. I was VERY GREATFUL.

My story: Battery swap on a Moto Android. I'm a computer tech (big ego) and I'd already burned up one phone trying to DIY a battery swap. OK so phones are not my wheelhouse - you live, you learn. This time I wanted a pro doing the work - and I'm glad I did.
We identified the phone via TXT. Got a quote, I said "let's do it," and sent funds via phone app, because of course the replacement had to be ordered. In a couple of days, got a TXT that the battery was due for delivery that day. Got a another text that afternoon when the battery had been delivered. Short drive over. Was promised it would be done in 45 minutes - and it was. They even recycled the old battery for me. All for well under $99.
That's 5-Star-plus-one service in my book.
