The preparer was friendly and welcoming. But I am afraid that she was not well educated in tax preparation. I only have two sources of income, no house or outside resources. I had 8 forms all complete and it took 1 hr and 45 minutes! She didn’t know where to find my “routing” number. I wish I had gone anywhere else. I am concerned?

The appointment was fine because she did completed my taxes but I was being rushed out when her next appointment showed up and told I would get a phone call when I scheduled an appointment to stay the whole duration of my taxes being done. Her next appointment ended up rescheduling after waiting 40mins which is understandable, I waited 15, so I would strongly recommend Jackson Hewitt to make appointments 2 hours mine took 2 hour 11mins because you never know what kind of taxes your going to be doing.
